SKILLS

a) In-depth understanding of computer programming and network security

Senior Site Acquisition Officer (Team Leader)

Job Description

Senior Site Acquisition Officer is responsible to lead a team of Site Acquisition Officers for identifying, researching, analysing, negotiating a rental contract for wireless telecommunications infrastructure sites for the usage of all mobile network operators in Malaysia.

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:

1. Actively building a good and professional customer relationship especially in the customer’s Network Planning department.
2. Responsible in marketing and negotiating site acquisitions and rental arrangements for telecommunications infrastructure required by mobile network operators.
3. Identify candidates for specific land rental based on customer nominal criteria, owner interest, and jurisdictional zoning and/or land usage regulations.
4. Oversee specific operations and ensure that assignment and scheduling of related work follows agreed-upon timelines.
5. May serve as a point of contact for the community and/or government agencies.
6. Prepare or oversee preparation of tower collocation applications.
7. Assist or oversee completion of zoning and permit applications for submittal to jurisdictions and coordinate the zoning process for marketing purposes.
8. Work directly with site acquisition team and/or other site acquisition and construction personnel to provide site acquisition expertise in all aspects of project.
9. Quality control, data entry and tracking of site candidate, tower rental and amendments and other site acquisition documentation.
10. Assist technical team to coordinate, schedule and track site visits.
11. Assist technical team to coordinate, order and track title, surveys, environmental reports, structural analysis, regulatory reports, lease exhibits and construction plan and drawings as required.
12. Able to read and interpret surveys and construction drawings is a good advantage.
13. Assist Technical Acquisition team to obtain landlord approval on construction drawings and zoning/permit applications.
14. Prepare and update site status reports/databases, site progress reports and attend client meetings or deployment calls as required.
15. Assist Management in tracking and reporting site acquisition self-perform revenue/market credit and preparation of client billing.

Required Experience/Qualifications:

1. Knowledge of Real Estate fundamentals required.
2. Associates Degree or equivalent experience in Real Estate.
3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
4. Public speaking and presentation skills preferred.
5. Excellent computer/reporting skills, including a high level of proficiency with MS Office and other database/project management tracking tools.
6. Highly organized and able to multi-task and work effectively with limited supervision with tight deadlines and high volume of projects.
7. Highly motivated “self-starter” able to work under aggressive project schedules and fast-paced environment.

a) Actively and consistently supports all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience.
b) Conducts sales needs analysis with new and prospective customers, including the development of client-centric product solutions.
c) Understands the communication needs of small, medium and large-sized business customers, and designs solutions to meet those unique business needs.
d) Responsible for achieving sales target in telecommunication and IT products
e) Designs, develops, and delivers sales proposals and presentations on product benefits.
f) Self-generates leads by contacting prospective clients by telephone, cold call premise visits, networking, and industry events.
g) Qualifies new leads and requests site surveys to determine serviceability of prospects, including submission of ROI analysis to sales management.
h) Maintains all sales databases necessary to report sales activity and customer information.
i) Works in conjunction with other business services support groups, including sales support and marketing personnel.
j) Attends all sales meetings and training sessions as required by management.

REQUIREMENTS:

a) Degree holder with minimum experience of 2 years in sales or account management preferably in IT/Telecommunication sales
