4 months of consistency not perfection
What an amazing year this has been so far, adapting to making 3 hours/week for our SheFit Club amidst long working hours..
Has there been highs? Yes lots, sheโs absolutely loved it ๐ฅฐ
Has there been lows? Of course, plenty of them actually ๐ชจ
Sheโs been battling with an under active thyroid and irregular periods which was a massive roadblock to getting leaner.
That definitely slowed down her progress and weight loss but she kept chipping away at it.
Staying consistent and determined with her workouts, listening to her body and resting when I could.
Sheโs buzzing to be where she is right now, mentally feeling great and really positive knowing she can reach out to Me at any point about any obstacles in her way.
Physically itโs all coming together, itโs a slow process but she has learnt to love her body through every stage of the process.
And this was our progress up to the start of this year despite an unfortunate break due to an accident this Champ is making a comeback now & I want to say Iโm so proud of you โค๏ธโ๐ฅ
So when you get to those points where you think โam I ever going to get thereโ just remember you can do it.
Just keep going.

As I share these photos with you, I can't help but reflect on the journey of fatherhood that so many of us embark on
It's a bittersweet experience, watching our daughters grow from those tiny 1-year-old hands to the incredible little individuals they become at 2 and beyondโฆ
I realise now EVERY father, including my wife's father, surely has felt the same mix of emotions
We're constantly amazed by the rapid changes and the beautiful moments we witness
Yet.. we also grapple with the fear of our little girls growing up too fast. It's universal โ the pride and love we feel for our daughters is immeasurable
So, here's to all the fathers out there, cherishing each moment, and to our daughters who will forever be our little girls, no matter how quickly they growโฆ ๐ซถ๐ฝ

Our hike today after a long long timeโฆmade me reflect on a couple of things about the life Iโve lived so far with .mumsy ..
A few things that Iโll put here will help bring a smile to you & me now or later, coz as the sands of time slip through our fingers, gratitude becomes the jewel that enriches our daysโฆ
1. Through our student days and life's uncertainties, she's been my constant, supporting my dreams and ambition
2. As I ventured into the fitness world, she stood by my side, embracing my passion even when it was just an idea
3. She stepped into the role of a hr, manager, administrator, ensuring our coaching business's success
4. She trusted in me without imposing expectations, allowing our love to flourish - not a speck of doubt even when we decided to tie the knot
5. Amidst the chaos of building a family and business, she remained a pillar of strength
6. When Pallavi was on the way & I was out training .. being all on her own mostly ๐คฐ - her patience and unwavering support shone through
Right now due to certain circumstances weโre raising our children without the support of elders, and no doubt she's been the rock that held our family together !

The last 7-days have had my head buried into all the work preparing for the challenge for 80 + new clients spreaded into several groups to ensure they have their best transformationsโฆ
Tbh, been spending under one hour/day with both & Pallavi..
Iโm marvelled at how this woman handles everything so strong - managing Pallavi (sheโs cranky level 999 when she missed me) -while dealing with pregnancy blues with Our new ๐ถ๐ป otwโฆ and plus having me away during this time !
And yetโฆ.
She never fails to cook lunch & bring it over to Me straight to the studio - knowing Iโd probably miss lunch while being engrossed in doing what I love the most โค๏ธโ๐ฅ
