This Bodybuilding Heavyweight category of 90kg and above is the most challenging in this competition day, all are looking who will be the top 5 Finalists in the next Final round.

The word bodybuilding is pretty ambiguous. By definition, it means the process of building muscle. Which lots of us try and do in the gym. But in application, it refers to the competitive, bulk and cut, full time job type of bodybuilding.

A big Congratulations to Farrokh Ibtisam Ting Abdullah Mohd representing Sarawak won the Champion in this category. Always the most exciting moment during the Final competition, from every contestant Free Posing till comparison and we most enjoy the final Posedown.

Bodybuilding is quite the feat. It’s not a part time hobby or something to dip in and out of. All professional body builders will know that embarking on this journey takes dedication, hard work, commitment, and huge sacrifice.

A big Congratulations to our Champ also my good buddy Zainal Arif representing ATM. Another friend Muhammad Afiq from Penang won the 3rd placing, congrats and proud of you man.
In this Final of the night, many of our guest in the Gala dinner are so much enjoying, especially the team supporter cheer up the atmosphere to the highest level. The beautiful memories only I can share though this album.

Manakala Kategori kedua, Men's Physique Atas 170cm dimenangi oleh saudara Wan Muhamad Nabil, beliau juga pemenang Pose Terbaik.
