GTSP (Go-To-Safety-Point) initiative is a partnership between Polis Diraja Malaysia and Shell aimed at enhancing the safety and security of communities living in areas where Shell operates. The program was launched in 2014 and involves the establishment of designated GTSP in strategic locations within Shell's operational areas, such as the Shell Taman Molek, Johor Bahru. These GTSPs are identified by distinctive signage and are staffed by trained Shell personnel. They serve as safe havens for the local communities in the event of any emergencies or security threats. The program provides a quick and effective response to any incidents that may occur, ensuring the safety and well-being of local residents. Overall, the GTSP initiative demonstrates Shell's commitment to being a responsible corporate citizen and contributing positively to the communities. By partnering with Polis Diraja Malaysia and establishing these safe havens, Shell is helping to ensure the safety and security of local residents and promoting a culture of safety and security in the communities it serves. . . . Today, Raqiv Enterprise hosted the Shell FuelSave 95 Challenge 2023 at Shell Jalan Tun Razak Johor Bahru! It was a fun and exciting day, with five participants driving Honda City and competing to represent the South Region at the National level competition. These participants were selected from almost 300 applications during the New + Improved FuelSave 95 Activation at Mid Valley South Key, Johor Bahru. The challenge determined who could achieve the most mileage on one tank full, with the winner receiving RM5,000 and representing the South Region in the National competition with a chance to win the RM20,000 grand prize. We're grateful for the support from everyone who participated and helped make this event a success. It was a great day full of energy and excitement, and we were pleased to see who came out on top. The participants put in a great effort and we were happy to cheer them on and show our support for our South's winner throughout the event. Through SEC Flood Relief Mission Part Trois; We brought aid and love to those who faced the noise; Of the floods and rains that ravaged their homes; Yet they stood strong, and together we roamed. In Kota Tinggi, Kluang and Batu Pahat, we journeyed far; To bring light to those who had seen nothing but the dark; And in those moments, we saw the true power; Of compassion and unity, blooming like a flower. Though our journey was long, and our nights were short; Our hearts were full, and our spirits could not be bought; For we knew that every effort, every step we took; Would make a difference, even in the smallest of nooks. SEC Flood Relief Mission | Part Deux Our flood relief efforts continue to make a positive impact on the communities affected by the recent floods. Yesterday, on 4th March, the Shell SEC team embarked on our second, bigger flood relief mission to Segamat, where we visited several locations including Sekolah Menengah Seri Bali, Sekolah Rendah Seri Bali and Sekolah Agama Chaah. These Pusat Pemindahan Sementara provided shelter for nearly 3,000 flood victims. The mission was a beautiful display of unity and compassion as many Shell staff and retailers came together to support our efforts in delivering aid to these communities. As we distributed aid to the flood victims, we were moved by the incredible strength and resilience they demonstrated in the face of adversity. Their determination to rebuild their lives was truly inspiring, and it was heartwarming to see the hope and gratitude in their eyes as they received our aid. In times of distress, we also brought some joy to the children by giving them balloons, hoping to make their days a little brighter. In addition to providing aid to the flood victims, we have also been spreading hope and positivity throughout the region. In Chaah, we painted the town yellow for a day, bringing a splash of color to the community and reminding them that even in difficult times, there is always hope. We are committed to continuing our efforts to support those affected by the floods. Next Tuesday, Shell SEC team will head to Kota Tinggi for another flood relief mission. SEC Flood Relief Mission | Part Un Today, we had the opportunity to visit the 85 families affected by the recent floods at Dewan Majlis Bandaraya Iskandar Puteri. We were amazed by the resilience and courage of these families who have been through so much. Despite the challenges they are facing, they still had hope in their hearts and were determined to rebuild their lives. We were privileged to be a part of the donation drive, where we contributed to the relief efforts by donating food and other essential items to these families in the dewan. The donations were generously provided by Shell + retailers in IO1 sub area. The smiles and gratitude we received from the families made us feel humbled and grateful for the opportunity to help. It was a truly heartwarming experience to see the community come together and support each other during this difficult time. We are inspired by the strength and unity of the people here, and we hope that our small contribution can make a difference in the lives of these 85 families. We would like to thank Shell retailers in IO1 sub area and everyone who donated and supported this cause. Your generosity and kindness have touched the lives of those who are struggling to cope with the aftermath of the floods.
