Trust the process of ✨RETINOL✨.
It is extremely worth enduring the extreme harsh downtime
I personally use the Zo Skin Brightening 1% 🧪
[the highest percentage in market amongst Medical Grade Retinol]
Tips:

✅Start with lowest medical grade retinol [consult your aesthetic dr on this because medical grade is not available for over the counter purchase]
✅Start once to twice a week only. To be applied strictly at NIGHT only
✅Best to practise the layering method when using Retinol.
[Malaysian Dr's call it the sandwich method]

▫️1st layer :Moisturizer
▫️2nd layer : Thin layer of Retinol
▫️3rd layer : Moisturizer
✅MUST wear your sunscreen everyday & reapplied every 4hourly (including indoors)
