【MyInvois Update-15th August 2024】
For business owner that falls under the following category:
1. Partnership
2. ⁠Sole proprietor registered with SSM
3. Individuals conducting business but not registered with SSM (those declare under Form B)

You can now register your business in your MyTax under “Role Application” and choose “Business owner”

Once registered, you may then access to MyInvois under your own business name.

Since taxpayers are required to submit consolidated E-Invoice during grace period, we shall not send individual E-Invoice for validation using MyInvois Portal now.

Continue to do the testing in sandbox to prepare how to do consolidated E-Invoice early of September 2024.

Government had give us 6-month period of Phase 1 of 1st Aug 2024.

Govt gives six-month grace period for e-invoice implementation from Aug 1 CYBERJAYA: The government has agreed to give six-month grace period to taxpayers from the date of mandatory implementation of e-Invoicing which started on Aug 1, said Inland Revenue Board (IRB) chief executive officer Datuk Abu Tariq Jamaluddin.

e-PCB Plus System will replace the existing PCB system (e-PCB / e-CP39 / e- Data PCB) in one platform.

The new system can be accessed through the Mytax Portal by using the Tax Registration Number (TIN) from the user's MyTax ID. The actual date of launch of this new system will be notified later to the employer.

Employers are advised to ensure that individuals authorized to calculate, pay & transmit PCB data have a MyTax ID.
