汉堡肉饼煮法（解冻之后）：
1）平底锅中放入少许油，中火煎10分钟(一面5分钟) ！
2）气炸锅Air Fryer 160°C气炸12分钟（一面6分钟），喜欢焦脆点的朋友可以气炸多1-2分钟，无油更健康！
3）烤箱预热180°C，放入肉饼13分钟左右即可出锅享用！不需要翻面
记得要搭配我们家的英式muffin，那口感棒棒哒！

鸡扒煮法（解冻之后）：
1）平底锅中放入少许油，中火煎10分钟(一面5分钟) ！
2）气炸锅Air Fryer160°C气炸15分钟左右，无油更健康！
3）烤箱预热180°C，放入鸡扒13分钟左右即可出锅享用！

2. For Air Fryer, set it at 160°C and fry for approx. 13minutes, oil-free and healthier!
:For burger, 6 minutes each side.
3. Preheat oven to 180°C, put in the chicken chop for about 13 minutes and enjoy!

Heating up an English Muffin (After Defrost)
Put on a little butter on the sliced surface of the muffin, heat it up until the surface turns yellowish gold.

Preparing mushroom soup (After Defrost)
Put the defrosted mushroom soup in the pan with medium to low fire.
Continue to stir the soup for 5 – 7 minutes to prevent it from sticking at the pan and getting burnt.
It is ready! If you prefer a lighter taste, you may add some water while heating.
