SITC Ship Management Shanghai had won the PSC Outstanding Performance Award from Marine Department, HKSAR for Six Consecutive Years

On August 30, 2024, at the 2023 Awards Ceremony held by Marine Department, HKSAR and HONGKONG SHIPOWNERS ASSOCIATION, SITC Ship Management (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. was awarded the "Green Fleet Award in 2023" and "Outstanding Performance in Port State Control Inspection for the year of 2023" for outstanding low-carbon and environmentally friendly operation of fleet and good performance in PSC inspections. This is the sixth consecutive year that the company had won this award. This award is a recognition of capabilities of SITC Ship Management Shanghai, a reflection of the company's pursuit of high standard operations, and an encouragement for the company to strictly comply with international maritime regulations and ensure the safe operation of ships in port state supervision and inspection.

Naming & Delivery Ceremony for M/V “SITC JUNDE” hold successfully

On September 2, 2024, the Naming & Delivery Ceremony of M/V “SITC JUNDE” was successfully held by SITC International Holdings Co., Ltd. (SITC) and HUANGHAI Shipbuilding Co., Ltd. (HUANGHAI).

Mr. Lai Zhiyong, President of SITC Logistics, Mr. Zhao Jianping, Chairman of HUANGHAI, The couple of Mr.Wang Mingtao and Ms.Liu Li, President of Weihai Cross-border E-commerce Association and Chairman of Rizhao Combine International Transportation Co.,Ltd., Mr.Wang Kaile, General Manager of New Land-Sea Corridor Operation Co., Ltd.,and other leaders and guests from all relevant parties attended the ceremony together.

At the ceremony, Mr. Lai Zhiyong, President of SITC Logistics, on behalf of the shipowner, made a speech, Mr. Wang Mingtao, christened the new vessel for “SITC JUNDE”. Ms.Liu Li, Godmother of the new vessel was invited to break the champagne,Then sent blessings to the new vessel.And all guests blessing her with safe sailing and full-loading all the time.

After delivery, M/V “SITC JUNDE” will join SITC fleet soon, provide new support for SITC's operation and development.

SITC SIGNED THE TRIPARTITE STRATEGIC COOPERATION MEMORANDUM WITH SIPG AND HISENSE

On August 26, 2024, SITC signed the tripartite strategic cooperation memorandum with SIPG and Hisense in Qingdao, Shandong Province.

Mr. Gu Jinshan, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the Board of Directors of SIPG, Mr. Wang Haijian, Member of the Party Committee and Vice President of SIPG, Mr. Liu Changman, General Manager of Production and Business Department of SIPG, Mr. Yang Xianxiang, Chairman of SITC, Mr. Xue Mingyuan, CEO of SITC, Mr. Lai Zhiyong, President of SITC Logistics, Mr. Jia Shaoqian, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of Hisense, Mr. Liu Bin, Vice President of Hisense International Co., Ltd, LTD. and other leaders attended the signing ceremony.

The leaders of the three parties made speeches to introduce and exchange business cooperation and prospects of trilateral cooperation. According to the memorandum of strategic cooperation, in the future, based on the strategic partnership and the rationality of logistics routes, the three parties will jointly build an efficient, convenient and economical global supply chain channel with the integrated port logistics services of SIPG as the carrier, the import and export source products such as raw materials and finished products of Hisense as the support, and the international shipping and supply chain services of SITC as the guarantee.

On August 6, 2024, the Delivery Ceremony of M/V “SITC ZHENGDE” was successfully held by SITC International Holdings Co., Ltd. (SITC) and HUANGHAI Shipbuilding Co., Ltd. (HUANGHAI).

Mr. Li Ruimin, General Manager of Shipowner Management Center of SITC Shipping and Mr. Chang Junde, Vice General Manager of HUANGHAI signed the delivery documents on behalf of both parties.

After delivery, M/V “SITC ZHENGDE”will join SITC fleet soon, provide new support for SITC's operation and development.

On July 1, 2024, the Naming & Delivery Ceremony of M/V “SITC MINHE” was successfully held at Busan, Korea, by SITC International Holdings Co., Ltd. (SITC) and Dae Sun Shipbuilding & Engineering Co., Ltd (Dae Sun).

Mr. Xue Mingyuan, CEO of SITC, Mr. Kwon Min Chull, CEO of Dae Sun, Mr. Bui Van Quy, Vice President of SNP,Ms. Do Thu Huong, Vice Marketing Director of SNP, and other relevant leaders attended the naming ceremony.

During the ceremony, Mr. Xue Mingyuan delivered a speech on behalf of the shipowner, Mr. Bui Van Quy christened the new vessel as "SITC MINHE." Following this, Ms. Do Thu Huong was invited to break the champagne bottle, symbolizing blessings for safe sailing and continuous full-loading of the vessel.

Upon its delivery, the vessel "SITC MINHE" will soon join the SITC fleet, playing a significant role in route expansion and enhancing service delivery for customers.

SITC Line has gradually launched its newly ordered 10,000 TEU dry containers.

This batch of newly manufactured containers adheres to the concept of green and environmental protection, and has chosen more environmentally friendly materials such as bamboo flooring, waterborne paint and MS sealant compared to traditional materials.

The use of waterborne paint has reduced VOC emissions by 85% compared to traditional oil-based paint. Bamboo flooring, unlike traditional wood flooring production, reduces the use of wood by mainly using bamboo with a short growth cycle. At the same time, bamboo flooring has higher strength, greater compressive capacity, and better durable compared to traditional wood flooring. In the production process, a under coating pollution prevention device has also been added to effectively avoid under coating pollution and reduce environmental pollution.

This commitment underscores SITC's dedication to ensuring that containers meet high-quality standards, thus bolstering customer satisfaction and streamlining logistical processes.

On February 28, 2024, SITC "Weifang-Japan" direct route successfully made its maiden voyage.

The opening of SITC's new "Weifang-Japan" route will provide direct and convenient services from Weifang to Japan for customers in the hinterland around Weifang. The new route saves land transportation costs for customers and fully implements SITC's sustainable development philosophy of providing customers with green and low-carbon supply chain services.

On December 15, 2023, the online Delivery Ceremony of M/V “SITC YIHE” was successfully held by SITC International Holdings Co., Ltd. (SITC International) and Dae Sun Shipbuilding & Engineering Co., Ltd(Dae Sun).

On 10 November 2023, the 1st Electric Stacker in Malaysia was delivered to Smart Depot Malaysia. The memorable moment was withness by Vice Chairman & CEO of the Board of SITC International Holdings Co. Ltd, Mr. Yang Xianxiang together with other SITC leaders and Chairman of Port Klang Authority, Mr. Ean Yong Hian Wah; General Manager of Port Klang Authority Capt. K. Subramaniam; CEO of Klang North Port Dato' Azman; Managing Director of Infinity Dato'Seri Chan Kong Yew; General Manager of Hapag Lloyd Mr. Yugen Reddy; Managing Director of XCMG Group Malaysia Mr. Ren Weijie and other shipping companies' leaders.

On October 20, 2023, Malaysian Minister of Transport H.E. Loke Siew F**k, led a delegation including Consulate General of Malaysia in Shanghai, MIDA (Shanghai), Port Klang Authority, Johor Port Authority, Port Klang Terminal Operators (Westport, North Port) visited SITC head office in Shanghai. SITC Line President, Mr Xue Mingyuan and 8 other management team of Shipping Group and Logistics Group attended the reception.

Mr. Xue expressed his sincere gratitude towards Malaysia Ministry of Transport for the support and assistance rendered, also introduced SITC’s shipping and logistics services and future development plans in Malaysia. Malaysian Minister of Transport, H.E. Loke Siew F**k highly recognised SITC’s rapid growth in Malaysia, and under the “One Belt One Road” initiative, he looks forward to SITC introducing more shipping routes and logistics services.

On 1 September 2023, our new vessel "SITC RENHE" officially incorporated into the SITC fleet.

As the fifth vessel of 1023TEU series, M/V "SITC RENHE" showcases advanced construction technology expertise in shipbuilding. During the construction period, the shipowner, shipyard, and all relevant parties overcame challenges and difficulties to successfully complete all significant milestones while surpassing industry standards across all performance indicators.

2023年9月1日，海丰国际在大鲜造船1023TEU集装箱新造船“海丰仁和”轮顺利开航，正式投入海丰航线运营。

作为大鲜造船建造的1023TEU系列第5艘集装箱船，“海丰仁和”轮在该系列船建造领域展现出了成熟的施工技术实力，建造期间，船东、船厂及各相关方克服困难和考验，顺利完成了所有重要节点，船舶各项指标均超标准完成。

2023年6月27日上午，海丰国际和大鲜造船隆重举行了“海丰裕和”轮新造船线上交船仪式。船管中心总经理李瑞民先生、大鲜造船株式会社业务部总经理Jung Tae Kim先生分别代表双方通过视频签署了交船文件。

“海丰裕和”轮今日交付后，将很快投入到海丰运营航线中，为海丰的运营和发展提供新的支持。
