What a year 2023, I am back in squash like 80%, mostly the vibes was fried up by good peoples around me, also I slowly become so calm to train my students, I hope they like me 😂 (probably they dont like me when im torturing them) hopefully all of you can improved without stress!

Two months of new year, gonna finish soon, its getting hard for me to ride on natural route liao, the simplest plan is the most comfortable feel for me, to whoever with no boundaries about cycling, please keep on ride, stay safe and ride safe. 😉

though, my year 2022 milestone not fully achieve, but tru this year, i had received a lot gift from many of you, am blessed and thankyou all my friends, family, and sibling from different parent.

What a though year.. ahhh... Sometime we just need to see the positive in negative events., not easy but we have to.

Also, today is 'world peace meditation day', lets say PEACE! 😁✌️Always keep peace in mind.

Derailure bracket broken due to we rode into flood area, water level above crankset top... wooden stick hit on pulley parts... *cracked*

Now we knw this amazing tool can save us from strunggling 😂😂 this fixed can speed up to 40km/h and still cool after 60km ride. 👍✌️

Fate bring us a good laughing ride, it was a very "ode to joy" day.

I will quit what i loved to do because of cant find anymore joy from da love, but never quit something i love (e.g. Cycling!) because of somebody or something feel like to destroy my joy... 10july, my first solo round island ride, not really a long plan, i just decide this ride like.... Ermmm.... three days ago 🗺️🚲

Very first post°mco°cross°country°ride 🤟✌️this round, we plan not too long route, so we pick sukhirin k.o.m.

(very fun part that we can pedaling and pushing for this ride.)

The rolling is so dreamy, am so in love with it 😬

Lets say the worse part, HMMM... the worse also just to push your own bike.. , so... dont worry bah 😆 (well, there is no short cut.. Keep cycling bah)

Downhill is f°ing risky, the most strunggling for me at least... be aware of slopy downhill. 👀

Its pantai again, and yes its in the early morning 5am. solo exploring ride in da early morning, the more im feeling burden and stress so I will do solo ride or add-on few riders buddy but less talking 😂

Im emotionless rider unless i meet dao guailan rider who can let me ride till i miss home 😂 ( im pointing you bruh)

But anyway, good to see some doing recovery ride after injury, and some do indoor virtual ride prepare for competition, as long as keep pedaling with love 😁
