Brain Gym® movements are designed to help enhance brain function and mental health through a series of physical movements. Here are some ways in which Brain Gym® can help:

Why do children need to engage in Brain Gym® movement before tutoring sessions?

Following school, additional homework and supplementary lessons can further strain their mental capacity, potentially leading to cognitive overload. Thus, participating in Brain Gym® movement, facilitated by an internationally certified Brain Gym® instructor, is crucial. Our mission is to enhance learning and development through movement-based techniques and Brain Gym® exercises, not only for students but also for educators, family & child, children with special needs and elderly.

Brain Gym® combines physical activity with cognitive skills to improve concentration, memory, and overall academic performance. As Educational Kinesiologist, we use simple and effective movements to help individuals unlock their potential, reduce stress, and improve their learning abilities.

Our work extends beyond the classroom. We support educators in creating dynamic learning environments, assist families in fostering supportive home atmospheres, and help children develop essential skills for growth and development.

Each of us brings unique experiences and insights from our respective regions. 好多父母每天都不斷在提醒孩子，提醒不要拖拖拉拉、提醒快來不及了、提醒東西不要忘了帶，但是就算你崩潰爆炸，孩子依舊改不了這種壞習慣。到底孩子為什麼要人家生氣提醒了才會動？先來對照一下你家孩子有没有這些進桃：

1、一回家都要人家提醒該做什麼
2、缺乏時間觀念
3、拖拖拉拉 都要弄到最後一刻
4、不知道自己下一件事要做什麼
5、都要弄到大人發脾氣才要去做
6、提醒他去做 他還會對大人生氣
7、很愛說等一下 但最後也没做
