My Gratitude Journal on NXR♥️
Thank you for this Ning Xia Red/Kebaya Merah Campaign. The challenge was to post all about NXR for 28 days. Show the benefits and what it can do for you, what you can do with it. I am amazed by the amount of creativity exhibited by my fellow Young Living builders. Some are funny and some are just hilarious. Some are heart warming and simply lovely. I learned so many new recipes where Ning Xia Red not only add to the taste of the dish but add nutritient to them as well. I really have to thank YLMY and the builders.
I also learned to consume Ning Xia Red regularly. Partly because I need IG contents to keep up with the campaign, but more importantly for my health. Honestly, consuming NXR daily helps with my energy and my sleep. It makes my skin looks and feels better, and I just feel a lot better with myself. Love this campaign. It has ended but I will continue consuming Ning Xia Red regularly ♥️🤍

Siapa kat sini yang pakai cermin mata mesti ada issues yang macam kat atas kan? Which one are yours? Then kekadang pakai ke tak pakai, memang sakit kepala? Then bila terlalu lama, mengantuk???

I ni sejak sampai 5 series ni memang tak boleh membaca pakai glasses. Jenuh buat multi focal but still tak sesuai. So bila buat rounds and jumpa orang, memang pakai glasses tapi bila menaip/membaca especially with computer, glasses kena put aside. Another one is mengantuk sampai berair mata dan sakit kepala?

So my essential items yang memang nampak atas meja would be these things:
💚My glasses - sebab memang tak pakai
💚My Coffee mug - but isi with Ning Xia Red with lots of ice. Kalau pakai mug macam ni best sebab sejuk tahan >8 hours and ice tak melt
💚Diffuser - Wajib diffuse peppermint sampai staff ingat I kunyah chewing gum ajer all the time. Now my latest Wanderful Nebuliser is my favourite device to use. Size comel, senang bawa mana2 & dia tak perlu air or plug point. Put on table and terus start sebab the essential bottle memang kat dalam siap2 to diffuse

♥️1. Be honest, be truthful about who we are & what we want. Once we pass the lies we tell ourselves & others, then the path to what we need to in life will be so much easier and clearer.

♥️2. Yes, Young Living is a business but YOU are the brand. Use the oils deliberately to take you to where you want to go and who you want to be. And share them, TELL YOUR STORY

♥️3. Everyday is a CLEAN SLATE. Don’t dwell on past mistakes, instead learned from them and create a better version of you today.

I have always a problematic skin ever since I can remember. God knows how many products I have used. Ever since I discovered essential oils, I learned to make my own anti blemish stick. Good regular skin regime with Bloom Collagen 3 steps skin routine, plus Bloom Collagen had helped to keep this problem at bay. Even when a few pimples that come to say hi every month are not too bad with this blend💚

Tip of the day
Eating in a restaurant should be enjoyable. You do not want to be bothered by uninvited ‘guests’ … Flies are uninviting. Can’t be swating flies while eating. So my trick is I always have my Thieves bottle at hand. Just open the cap, put it in the middle of the table and you can enjoy your food, uninterrupted. If you don’t have , works as well. Plus, your table smell so nice.
