Short Ribs 🍗
Slow-cooked up to 4 hours, our short ribs are not at all short 😉 Juicy, Tender, the flavour is especially complex and satisfying when dipped with the homemade brown sauce.
Goes extra well with a glass of Heineken as you savour in the mixture of flavours 🤤

Albondigas, Arancini, Croquetas and Escargot Butter Garlic 🤤
Albondigas - slow braised beef meatballs pair with our homemade buttery mashed potatoes. Juicy and absolutely savoury!
Arancini - Breaded Arancini Rice with assorted vegetables and flowy mozzarella cheese right in the centre, best eaten with the spicy tomato gravy 🍅
Croquetas - Breaded fish with a variety of herbs, delicate texture with a good crunch on the outside. Yumss
Escargot Butter Garlic - Baked Escargots with homemade butter garlic paste. Recommended to consume both escargot and toast in the same bite
