I MADE Hommus dengan Thermomix π
Hommus tu apa?
Hommus is a Middle Eastern savory dip/spread. Ianya diperbuat daripada Kacang Kuda (chickpeas), Tahini, jus lemon, minyak zaitun, etc etc. Kat Malaysia ni banyak di jual di kedai2 dan restoran2 Arab.
Sedap tak?
Sedap! Best makan cecah dengan roti, timun dan carrot. Saya juga gunakan Hommus sebagai sandwich spread πππ. First time makan masa di Mesir dulu. So, bila makan Hommus ni teringat kisah2 kehidupan di sana π₯°.

Passion Fruit Curd ni masam-masam manis rasanya. I likey π. Resipi dari big boss Suriya Abdullah which I halved, sbb tak banyak buah Markisa kat rumah. Kita guna apa yg ada ya π.
Passion Fruit Curd Recipe
150g passion fruit
240g sugar
120g salted butter (at room temp)
3 size A eggs
Steps -
1. Add all ingredients in Mixing Bowl
2. Cook at 20mins/90c/speed 2 without MC
3. Once cooked, blend it 20s, reverse speed 6
4. Place in jars
* if you want a thicker consistency after step 2, can use the thicken mode too.
** i halved the recipe above
Aisyah's current favourite makanan.
I followed the Cookidoo's recipe - Gratin Dauphinios. BUT...i made some changes -
1. Added more garlic i.e. 4 or 5 pcs, then proceed to chop it. Then,
2. Added 50g butter (room temp) to the garlic. Cook at 2mins 30sec, 50C Sp Spoon
Only then, I proceeded with step 3 following the cookidoo recipe.
Verdict? Aisyah love it.

Seronok dapat makan Ayam Percik. Selalu masa kecik2 dulu dapat makan hanya di Bulan Ramadhan sahaja. Tu pun beli di Pasar Ramadhan. Now, boleh je buat sendiri dengan senang with help of Thermomix.
Btw, saya telah menggunakan resipi 'Ayam Percik Kelantan' dari Buku resipi Family Favourites. Kalau anda ada buku ni, boleh lah cuba buat ya.
Yogurt dah siap. Nampak creamy, thick and it sets nicely.
Tips nak dapatkan yogurt yg thick dan creamy? Just make sure you use good milk i.e. fresh milk and
a good yogurt starter. Kalau nak buat more yogurt, just keep one yogurt jar that you made earlier and use it as the starter p**a.

- Hari ini dalam Sejarah -
For the first time, I participated in a Thermomix Roadshow di KL EAST MALL under the 'Gather Local - Malaysia Day Market' Event as a Thermomix Advisor. Ni memang di luar my comfort zone tetapi saya berasa amat seronok sebab dapat share the wonders of cooking with Thermomix to the public.
Banyak yang dapat saya pelajari, seperti managing and setting up an attractive booth, developing my demo and interaction skills. Alhamdulillah for this exposure. Doakan semoga saya terus aktif dalam bidang ni π₯°
InsyaAllah esok ada lagi di KL East. Jemput datang ya π
Yang ni memang a favourite in the house. At least once a week, my dotter akan request. Today, kita makan pancakes with butter, maple syrup and blueberries π.
