Blanching the Pork Belly:
1500g Pork Belly
4 slices ginger
2 stalks spring onion
2 tbsp Shaoxing wine
Bleach pork belly in water until boiling and boil at medium heat for 10 minutes

Ingredients:
2 bay leaf
2 cinnamon stick
2 star anise
5 clove
1 tsp Sichuan pepper
2 dried chilles
60g rock sugar
2 tbsp dark soy sauce
100g ginger
4 stalks spring onion
1/2 cup Shaoxin wine`
1/4 cup white rice wine
1/3 cup soy sauce
water cover the pork

Slurry Solution(Mixed well)
3 tbsp corn starch with 6 tbsp water

材料A:
1500克 五花肉
四片 生姜
2 棵青葱
2 湯匙 绍兴酒
中火蒸煮10分钟

材料B:
2片 月桂葉/香叶
2条 桂皮
2朵 八角
5朵 丁香
1 茶匙花椒
2 条干辣椒
60克 冰糖
2汤匙 老抽
100克 生姜
4 根青葱
1/2杯绍兴酒
1/4 杯白米酒
1/3杯生抽
适量的清水

茨汁(拌匀)
