The making of the incredible Satarshimi !!! 😋

Fresh fish flesh is used and other ingredients are added on the spring roll pastry before being folded into a triangular shape, and then it will be deep fried until golden brown.

The Satarshimi is then coated with premium spicy seasoning to enhance the flavor and we can ensure it's mouth-watering when it is served while it is piping hot ...

TILAPIA LIVESTOCK PREPARATION
~ 100 freshwater fish
~ 100 saltwater fish

-2 tanks cleaned
-tilapia fish are transferred to the tank
-check water salinity for salt water which is 3ppt using a refractometer
-salinity in salt water will be added 3ppt daily
-water quality parameters for both tanks were checked using YSI multiparameter
