Answer - Micro-Lot Coffees are small batches of the highest quality selections of coffee and often boast unique flavors and tasting notes. Micro-lots are grown from a specific and dedicated plot of land. The cherries are then harvested together and kept separate from other coffees growing on the same farm.

Roasting - sanggai.

Bagaimana saya boleh terjebak?
Bermula dengan seduhan manual kopi iaitu kopi turas, saya sangat teruja dengan nota setiap jenis kopi. Ada nota seperti buah buahan, ada juga seperti rempah ratus, coklat dan tak lupa juga ada nota earthy. Kalau nak dibilang nota kopi, amatlah banyak. Dengan kopi turas, saya juga teruja dengan mempelbagaikan 'variable' dan teknik turasan sehingga dapat nota rasa yang saya inginkan. Pemboleh-ubah seperti suhu air, saiz kisaran, teknik tuangan dan jenis material yang digunakan nemberi kesan terhadap rasa kopi.

Sama juga dengan kaedah panggangan kopi, tempoh panggangan, jenis biji kopi, jenis proses, ketinggian biji kopi ditanam, suhu panggangan juga amat memainkan peranan dalam menghasilkan kopi. Bagi saya, untuk memanggang biji kopi, setiap proses tidak boleh diambil ringan. Susah? Ya susah pada mulanya tetapi berbekalkan pengalaman jatuh, seperti 'baked' bean, underoasted, overoasted dan biji kopi hangus pun ada membuatkan saya lebih teliti dalam proses sanggai kopi. Yang pastinya, saya enjoy dalam panggangan kopi seperti mana saya enjoy dalam seduh kopi.

Tiga jenis bean yang berbeza; Indonesia gayo specialty bean dari Ladang Pak sabardi, Indonesia Mandheling G1 'Blue Toba' dan last sekali adalah In-house blend yang diberi nama 'C major Blend - espresso blend- well balance dengan bold & rich taste.

Ketiga - tiga bean mempunyai profiling yang tersendiri, Gayo - medium roast, Blue Toba - Light roast dan C Major blend - medium dark roast.
