Sun is important to human beings, it provides warmth to us and shines brightly during the daytime! 🥳
During the week, our younger children explore about
🌟the sun is yellow
🌟the sun is round
🌟the sun shines brightly
🌟the sun is hot
🌟the sun comes out during daytime
These all link to the understanding to the world which the EYFS curriculum focus on! 👍
Whilst our elder children has deeper exploration towards the sun!🤩 One of the highlight is "SHADOW FUN", which link to the characteristic of light. Light cannot pass through objects, so when we block the sunlight, it will form shadow! 🤩 Children enjoy the activities so much 🥰

🚗When the car is dirty, what should we do?
🚗Do you like dirty car?

Together with this theme, we introduce how to keep our car clean, including washing car, do not eat in the car, do not throw rubbish in the car…… Children are really enjoy and having a fun time 🥳 It is not all about car washing, from our prospective, it’s how children cooperate in group activity, how children follow the instructions, how children explore about squeezing the sponge, how they form friendships among each others 👍🏻 What a fun day❤️

We introduce the characteristics of giraffe, giraffe has long legs and long neck, the body patterns and interestingly, the tongue of giraffe is black purple colour, do you know about that? We get to know it last week!😆 That is where learning happens when we fully engage in the activity~
