《印度吠陀中的耶和华与希伯来人的耶和华》

在西方世界的许多朋友都想知道古代希伯来文化中的“耶和华”是否与《梨俱吠陀》中描述的耶和华相同。这个问题的讨论主要出现在最近探讨吠陀宗教是否实际上是一神论的背景下出现。对此,我在一些文章中发现了一些关于梨俱吠陀中耶和华यह्व的相关内容。

首先,我们从古代吠陀文献中我们不难发现到,耶和华 - 印度吠陀中对神的称呼。在梨吠陀 1028 首赞美诗中, 其中33 首赞诗中出现 41 次, 分别是:I (5x)、II (2x)、III (9x)、IV (5x)、V (5x)、VI (1x)、VII (4x)、VIII (2x)、IX (3x) 和 X (5x) 。

阳性 yahva 的形式出现 21 次,阴性 yahvI 的形式出现 20 次。其中分别有 16 首赞美诗与 yahva,16 首与 yahvI,只有一首两者兼而有之 (RV 3.1) ,总共 33 首赞美诗,这些赞美诗是为火神(agni 众神的牺牲者)、天帝(indra)、月神(soma)等而撰写的,它们都象征着动态(心智)。

在吠陀文献中,运动心智mahat,在是至尊终极意识-梵(brahman)的指向。

而在圣经旧约中有许多专有名称都带有 yhv(yeho- 或 -yahu),而 yhvh 正是上帝的名字,这可以从公元 100 年的文献资料中可以发现。公元前830年。yhv 的希伯来语起源尚不清楚,学者们认为它可能有非以色列起源,有些人甚至从阿拉姆语、阿拉伯语或埃及语等多个语言探索试图理解它的含义。尽管在梵文资料中发现同一术语具有与圣经用法相同的含义,但很少被学者们重视。

这里产生了一个疑问,为什么亚伯拉罕和摩西的追随者称他们的神为耶和华?而现有的发现中,指向耶和华直接来自希伯来语的证据似乎相当轻微。而透过后期的考古发现我们不难察觉,中东文明、埃及和吠陀文化之间存在密切的交流。更重要的是,Yahvah,这个犹太传统中神的名字,在《梨俱吠陀》中作为Agni的别称出现了 21 次(yahvah 在 RV 10.110 中;yahvah 在 RV 3.1、3.5、4.5、4.7、4.58、5.1、 7.6、7.8、9.75、10.11;RV 1.36 中的 yahvam;3.3;4.5;5.16;8.13;10.92;RV 3.2 和 3.28 中的 yahvasya)。

因此,通过强大政治因素,印度河文明的思想可能对公元前二千年和一千年的各种中东文明产生了影响。

接下来我们从梵语单词yahva的意思去探索我们不难发现,无论是梵语还是希伯来语,Yahva/Jehova的词义相近。

这里不难看出,无论是犹太教徒中对上帝耶和华的形容还是印度文明中的耶和华和吠陀的耶和华,他们的具体概念是相近甚至重叠的......梵语词典《Nighantu》还告诉我们,Yaha 这个词的意思是水,或力量;而Yahva的意思是“伟大”。很巧合的是,在旧约中,耶和华正是被形容产后造天地并行走在水面上的。

著名亚述学家德利奇教授Professor Delitzch进一步指出,圣经中记载,上帝向摩西透露的秘密名字Jehovah,而Jehovah一词也很可能源自迦勒底Chaldea文明(两河流域),其真正的发音是Yahve,而不是Jehovah。现在,这种推论甚至被现有大部分圣经词典编撰者所接受。事情到这里并没有真正结束,如果上述属实,耶和华无疑与迦勒底文明的Yahve是同一个词。但我们仍然可以追溯这个Yahve这个词到更远的地方。在这里,我们从吠陀文献中得到了很大的发现。

正如前面提到,yahva、yahval 以及阴性形式 yahvi 和 yahvati 在《梨俱吠陀》中多次出现。此外,在吠陀梵语中,我们还有其他几个词源自词根 yak,因此与 yahva 同源,即。yahu、yahvat、yahvi 和 yahvati。吠陀文献中我们可以发现到几处:

综上所述,我们有理由相信,中东文明在宗教上很大程度上也受到了雅利安人的影响。不仅仅如此,甚至宗教上的早期概念都有发生重叠,因此我们甚至可以大胆的推测,犹太人所信仰的神,很可能也与印度教中的神是同一个(基于“Brahman梵是独一终极”的概念)。

This deity is another manifestation of Goddess Parvathi.
So, Vaishnava is never reject Shakti. At least Raghavendra Sampradaya is not reject.

显然,那不是一个正确的说法。





Mantralayam最初也被称为Manchala或Manchaali,都是以Manchalamma的名字命名。据说,Manchalam女神是Prahlada Raajaru家族世代供奉的神明,而Guru Raghavendra是Prahlada的后裔。



因此,女神给了Raghavebdra一次显圣,祝福他在所有事业中都得到她神圣的加持。

作为奉爱的表现,Guru Raghavendra向她保证,不论谁来到Mantralayam,都会先去参拜她,瞻仰Manchala女神,然后才会去参拜Guru Raghavendra的圣塔,这个传统至今遵循。

Manchala寺位于Mantralayam的Raghavendra寺附近。Manchala devi是Shakti女神的另一个形态,在前往我们神圣的Raghavendra圣地神龛之前,我们必须先到Manchala devi前以寻求她的祝福。

Mantralaya Durga Devi

Manchalamma is the presiding deity of Mantralayam the abode of Guru Sri Raghavendra. In her name only, Mantralaya was originally called as Manchala or Manchaali.

The deity Manchalamma is said to be the family deity of Prahlada Raajaru whose descendant was Sri Raghavendra Theertharu. It seems Sri Rayaru used to worship her daily before his Brindavana pravesa and also sought the consent and approval of Goddess Manchalamma for his settlement in Manchali.

Accordingly She gave darshan to Sri Raghavendra Theertharu and blessed him of all Her divine support in his endeavors. In turn Sri Raaghavendra Theertharu assured her that who ever visits Mantralayam would first visit her temple, have darshan of Goddess Manchalamma and then only have the darshan of Sri Raayaru (Moola Brundavana).

This is the custom that is being followed even today.

Manchalamma Temple is located close to the Raghavendra Swamy Mutt at Mantralayam.

Ma Manchalamma is another form of Ma Shakti Devi. It is a common practice, that before worshipping our holy Guru Sri Raghavendra Swamigal, at his Samadhi shrine, we must have to first worship Ma Manchalamma, in order to seek her blessings.

She is the chief deity of Mantralayam, and after getting her permission
and blessings only, Guru Raghavendra had entered into the Samadhi Shrine
of Mantralayam.

Raghavendra had chanted various Mantras, and meditated on her, and due to that, Ma Manchalamma had appeared before him, and blessed him for his noble acts, and asked him to peacefully stay nearby her temple.

The other name for Mantralayam is Manchali, and still some people used to mention the Mantralayam town as Manchali.

In her shrine, Ma Manchallamma looks very beautiful, and she is decorated with golden ornaments, and flower garlands, and along with her, we can find the image of Lord Parasurama also, and it is believed that Ma Manchalamma is none other than Ma Renuka Devi, the affectionate mother of Lord Parasurama.

Over a period of time, her shrine was repaired and reconstructed, and though the shrine is small, but it looks neat and clean, and by entering into the shrine itself, we would forget all of our worries, and we would get great spiritual pleasure in our mind and body.

The temple priests are permitting us to perform Arathi to the holy goddess, and we can put some offerings in the Arathi plate and show it in front of the shrine of the divine mother.

Mantralaya is a very sacred place, and Ma Manchalamma is the guardian for this place from ancient period. The great Bhakta Prahlada, had once performed Yagna at this holy place, and due to that, this place contains great spiritual significance. Guru Raghavendra's first avatar is the great Bhakta Prahlada, and this is true, since the Urchava Idol in the Mantralayam Raghavendra Mutt is Prahalada.

A lot of devotee have also visited Mantralayam for a few times in life, and had nice darshan of Guru Raghavendra and Manchalamma, and got the blessings of Guru and goddess, and attained great. spiritual pleasure.

我们常听到婆罗门祭祀时念诵Om Namo Narayanaya。请问,Om Namo Narayanaya是什么意思呢?

Om namo narayanayaॐ नमो नारायणाय是一段古老的梵语咒语,也是一段神圣的祝福。他的起源非常古老,甚至可以追溯到Tarasara Upanishad和Sama Veda中,在整个吠陀传统中,这是不可分割的。其中,又以 Vaishnava毗湿奴派的关系无比密切。

关于Om Namo Narayanaya 存在多种翻译和解释,但它被广泛认为是实现自我与神合一的法门(梵我一如)。从外在上,念诵咒语是作为谦卑的一种方式,吠陀传统中,会把咒语或祷文念诵108次。因此念诵Om Namo Narayanaya 108 次,每天早晚,持续 40 天,为一个阶段性的修持,念诵咒语后,重要的是静坐数分钟,以让我们的身心更深刻的去感受这份浩瀚。

咒语Mantra,梵语意为“思想的工具”,吠陀文化中认为,念诵咒语是驾驭思想以承认内在神性的有效方式。

在 Sama Veda 中提到, Om Namo Narayanaya 是由吠陀圣人得到天启并传授给前来寻求智慧解脱的求道者们的不二法门。人们相信,这个咒语通过他们的苦行向这些吠陀圣人揭示了它的意义和秘密,之后他们与寻求者分享它作为内在自我实现的一种手段(体验梵我一如的手段)。

然后Ramanuja给了他们八字真言-Om Namo Narayanaya的公开传承。

人们欢呼起来,但是给予灌顶老师因此生气,他看着Ramanuja说:
“从来没有人犯下像你今天这样的罪行。我感觉你就像用匕首刺中了我的心脏。我感到的痛苦是,你不负责任的行为。”
(因为几千年来,咒语的传承都是保密的,如此公开传咒,或被视为轻视法门)

Ramanuja跪伏在他老师的脚下回答说:
“师父,我不介意,即使我被判入最深的地狱。但我已经将解脱钥匙交给广大人民群众,无论身在何处,都将永远与 Narayana 同在。因此在今生之后被送到哪里都没有关系。”

这个回答让老师不知所措,他抬Ramanuja的肩膀,拥抱他说:
“就是你!你们是来救度迷茫众生的圣人。你是恩典之子。愿你的恩典之路慷慨地减轻无知者的痛苦,并将他们提升到光明的国度。”

因此,让我们齐心念诵OM NAMO NARAYANAYA
愿世界安乐。

Why buddhist never believe in God but still worship God?

For someone who has never taken a Buddhist course, this is a question full of doubts. But when you do read enough literature, you will understand that the nature of the issue you are asking about should be a historical issue first, and then the Buddhist definition needs to be addressed.

First of all, there is a very important concept that we need to understand. There is a difference in definition between God in the Western world and Deva in the Sanskrit world.

Of course, in terms of translation, perhaps there is no word in the West that is more suitable for Deva than God. God, as defined in the West, is deeply influenced by the Bible. It is an omniscient, omnipotent and omnipotent being. Sorry for the limitation of vocabulary, it is difficult to describe more.

The definition of Deva on which the current Indian religion is based is more derived from the Upanishads. It has been proved from many documents that the definition of Deva in the era earlier than the Buddha was different from that of the Vedic era, and you can find information in many academic studies by yourself. In the Sanskrit world, Deva is more of a concept of life situation and a philosophical concept. These, we may obtain information by reading any of the Upanishads.

The core content of the Upanishads is to explore the ultimate cause of the world and the nature of man. Two of the basic concepts are Brahman and atman (true self, soul). The Upanishads are developed from the Vedas. In the Vedic hymns, it is confirmed that the Devas are in control of everything; while in the Upanishads, it is confirmed that Brahman is the source of the world.

"This is my inner self, smaller than a grain of rice, smaller than a grain of wheat, smaller than a mustard seed, smaller than a grain of millet, smaller than a millet seed. This is my inner self, larger than the earth, larger than the sky, larger than the sky, larger than these worlds. It contains all actions, All desires, all fragrances, all tastes, cover all of them, without words or distractions.”

It is said in the Singer Upanishads: "This is my inner self. It is Brahman."

The Upanishads also discuss the relationship between the universe and man. When discussing this relationship, the common terms used in the Upanishads are "about the Devas" and "about the self". "About the Devas" refers to the universe, and "about the self" refers to the human body.

Both the universe and human beings are manifestations of Brahman, that is, Brahman is the source. This is most likely to philosophy ideas. Even buddhist (Mahayana) the concepts of Dharmakaya also promoted to us.

In the description of the Upanishads, the natural phenomena in the universe correspond to various physiological and spiritual functions of the human body. "The Great Forest Upanishad" associates water, fire, wind, sun, orientation, moon, lightning, thunder and space in the universe with human semen, language, breath, eyes, ears, thought, energy, voice and heart respectively. Correspondingly, and confirming that the "original man" in the universe and the "original man" in the human body are both "this self", in other words, "this is the nectar, this is Brahman, this is everything".

From this we can know that there is a difference between the gods of ancient India (Deva) and the gods defined in the Western world.

Sanskrit: देव, Deva, translated as God, refers to the life that lives in the heavens in Buddhism. It originated from Deva in ancient Indian mythology. The difference is that Buddhism believes that Deva is one of the five (or six) paths of Samsara.

Heaven is divided into three.
Desire realm, form realm, formless realm,

Among them, the Desire Realm Heaven is further divided into the Earth-dwelling Heaven and the Sky-dwelling Heaven. For example, the Four Heavenly Kings live at the foot of Mount Sumeru, which is close to human beings; among the four results of practice, except for the Arahants who have escaped the cycle of reincarnation, the other three saints live in the Heaven of Form Realm.

Theravada Buddhism has a lot of introduction to Deva in the Agama Sutra, so I won't give an example here. From this section, we learn that Buddhism does not believe in Deva as attribution of liberation, and early Buddhism did not deny the supernatural power of these Deva, but just not as attribution of liberation. However, it is recorded in some scriptures, such as Brahma and Indra, who are saints who have practiced to at least the third level.

The third level is the saint who will not come to suffer any more. Why is it called not coming again? Because they will not be reborn into the Desire Realm. After a saint of the third level dies, he must be reborn in the world of Brahma, the realm of form or formless realm. Because a third-level sage has completely cut off craving for lust (we call it lust or greed) and aversion, that is to say, all the defilements that cause a being to be reborn into the sensual realm have been cut off. Therefore, this level is also called the Pure Heaven(pure land ).

Most of the saints who do not come will be reborn in the Pure Land, which is only the place where the third-level saints are reborn. There are only sages of the third level and sages of Arahants in the Heaven of Purity. Why are there saints of Arahants? Because it is the third-level saint who broke through and became an Arahant there.

So we can basically know that some Deva are actually saints who have practiced fruitfully (Buddhist point of view), at least more delicate than human beings in the degree of meditation and wisdom.Therefore, it is reasonable to pay homage to these saints. Just as we need teachers to guide our studies, we also need experienced saints to guide us on the path of spiritual practice. That's all. There are not too many complicated interpretations and differential treatment.

In the scriptures of Mahayana Buddhism and Vajrayana Buddhism, many scriptures actually explain that many Deva are actually manifestations of Bodhisattvas or Buddhas or saints. For example, it is recorded in the Lotus Sutra(सद्धर्मपुण्डरीकसूत्र Sad-dharma Puṇḍárīka Sūtra) that Maheshvara is actually the manifestation of Avalokitesvara. From this point of view, so are these Deva or DemiDeva as you speak. So this is also based on Buddhist literature.
महावैपुल्य बुद्धावतंसक सूत्र Mahāvaipulya Buddhāvataṃsaka Sūtra The twenty-eighth part, disciples of the Buddha, the tenth level of the bodhisattva is called Fayundi. These bodhisattvas of the tenth level are Maheshvara. Profound wisdom, able to skillfully speak the Prakya Buddha and Bodhisattva Paramita.

In Agama Sutra recorded Lord Indra is also the Srotāpanna means become a Saint.
It is recorded in "The 1 3 4th Madhyama Āgama Sutra", "The 1st and 4th Interpretation of the Dīrgha Āgama Indra's Questions Sutra", and "The 2 1st of the Digha Nikāya Indra's question Sutra.

無論一個人是否保持純潔的狀態,一個人應該始終佩戴 TULASI MALA(聖木)。即使在洗澡、吃飯或不淨性(排便和排尿)時,也不應將其取下。”

聖木TULASI永遠是純淨的(TULASI是Krishna的象徵),任何接觸它們的人都會得到淨化。

仁波切的淚─不可思議的加持

佛法到底是什麼?我想是感動,是能夠觸動我們內心深處的那股力量,能勾起我們的愛與溫暖。

那晚走在菩提迦耶的路上,準備去吃晚餐。突然一個人從背後把我緊緊抱住,我嚇了一跳,趕緊回頭一看,竟然是喇嘛羅卓(馬來西亞創古中心住持)。

他臉上的笑容是那麼開心,好甜好真,我想我一輩子都忘不了。在他身後,是馬來西亞團的弟子們,他們的表情也好開心。

之後吃飯時,我問喇嘛羅卓聽說他之前在瓦拉那西為馬來西亞團的弟子上課時哭了,是什麼原因?他笑著問我,誰告訴你的?我說是Jacky(一位馬來西亞弟子)。

「我跟他們分享了創古仁波切的一些故事,」喇嘛靜靜的說:「很自然的,我就哭了出來。我每次只要講到創古仁波切,想到仁波切的功德事業與一言一行,自然地就會哭。」

他吃著包子,沾著一點辣椒。並且喝了幾口湯,接著說:

「很奇怪,我平常也沒有時常想著上師,或者天天修上師相應法…我相信當時真的是上師的加持,還有信心吧!」

「您以前提到仁波切也會哭嗎?」我很好奇。

「沒有,是這幾年才開始的。大概有三年了。」

「很多時候對信徒們開示,」喇嘛向我解釋他的感受:

「如果自己沒有真的感動,弟子們也一定不會有任何感受。但是,如果是發自內心的真心話,時常就會感動大家。那天,我一哭大家都哭了。」喇嘛笑得好開心。

這個故事讓我想起有一年創古仁波切在瓦拉那西為僧眾講課時,提到第十六世大寶法王,也就是仁波切的根本上師的恩德時,老仁波切在大眾面前感動的流下了眼淚。演講就這樣停了十幾分鐘,年輕的弟子們靜靜地低下頭來,有的也跟著仁波切哭泣。後來喇嘛們都說:「仁波切的淚,有著不可思議的加持。這就是最殊勝的上師相應了。」

當我們修法的時候,為什麼我們要回向利益所有的眾生?

因為我們不希望留下任何的痕跡,我做了這個修持、那個修持等等。

那樣,會變得像是某種履歷表一般,你可能帶著十頁的履歷表去見上師,列出你修過的所有的法,領受過的所有灌頂,你也都做了所有的善事。

所以老師就會給你一個特別的教授。那就會變成是那樣,可是,應該不要變成像是那樣。

一個佛法的修持者,應該要像帝洛巴一樣,應該要放下一切,所有的活動,所有的修持,應該要像以劍擊水一樣。

在你修完的那一刻,它就已經成為過去事了,你不要抓住任何東西, 不要執著任何東西。
