Milk contain casein which help reduce the spiciness from capsaicin. It is a good solvent for capsaicin. Fresh milk is better to use when you want to reduce the spiciness.

2.Rice or Bread
Next, you could use anything that rich in carbohydrate and fibers like rice or bread cause it neutralize alkaline.

3.Sugar
Granule sugar or honey can reduce the spicy sensation on tougue cause it can absorb spicy oil from it.

4. Sour Drink
Sour drink like lemonade, tomato juice and anything else could help reducing the spicy sensation. This is because it reduce the spiciness from capsaicin.

5. Salt
To reduce spiciness, we could put some salt under tongue and it will slowly fade.

so today, we will share to you guys, on how to store your chili properly at home. We always face the problem on the chili that is not long lasting and spoil.

To do that:
First we must pick off the stalk of the chili 🌶.
Then put a tissue in an airtight container and put the chili 🌶 on it.
Add a garlic 🧄 in the container.
Close the lid and put it in the fridge.

2. Bird’s eyes Chillies

3. Dried Chillies
It is from the red chillies that dried out in a few processes of drying. Dried chillies are often used to make sambal, curry, and soup to add spiciness.

4. Bell Pepper
It is categorized as pepper that is not spicy however sweet. Often used in the salad.

5.Thai Chillies
It is imported to Malaysia from Thailand and is usually used for sambal, fried rice and Tom Yam. However, it is not as spicy as Bird’s eyes Chillies.
