Job Responsibilities:
* Controls entrance and vehicle inspection into the company's operating area.
* Conduct regular patrolling in the company building and its surrounding areas to ensure the safety and security of company assets.
* Conducts safety checks and other related activities to provide and maintain a safe environment.
* Executes emergency plans as well as preliminary investigations for any breaches in security.
* Assists in the taking of disciplinary action resulting from staff misbehavior or misconduct.
* Responsible to patrol the company perimeter (inclusive of production, warehouse and logistics area) and ensure company assets and workers are safe and in order.
* Report all incidents relating to security matters and suspicious conducts / activities of any employees or visitors to the Management.
* Ensure crime prevention with appropriate measures are being carried out to achieve maximum effectiveness and efficiency.
* Write reports of daily activities and irregularities, such as equipment or property damage, theft, presence of unauthorized persons, or unusual occurrences.
* Es**rt or drive motor vehicle to transport individuals to specified locations and to provide personal protection.
* Report any accident or unsafety act to department EHS.

Requirements:
* Candidate must possess min SPM or any equivalent course.
* Min requirement: PULAPOL Certificate
* At least 2 years work experience in Security field.
* Able to speak well in both language (Malay & English)
* Disciplined with no criminal record.
* Able to work on shifts and overtime including weekend.

Lawatan kerja ke Tok Bali Supply Base (TBSB) daripada Bahagian Keselamatan dari Parlimen Malaysia yang diketuai oleh Ketua Pentadbir Parlimen Malaysia, Datuk Haji Muhamad Zamani bin Mohd Ali telah diadakan di fasiliti TBSB. Lawatan ini turut dihadiri oleh wakil dari Ketua Pegawai Keselamatan Kerajaan (CGSO). Sepanjang lawatan ini berlangsung, perkongsian mengenai pengalaman dan pengetahuan terkini dalam kawalan serta perlindungan keselamatan supply base telah diadakan. Perkongsian mengenai latar belakang TBSB serta maklumat tentang Kawasan Larangan Tempat Larangan (KLTL) di TBSB juga telah disampaikan oleh Pengurus Besar TBSB, En Nur Hasmin Kamarollzaman serta Inspector Tuan Wan Shamsol.

On 21 May 2024, Tok Bali Supply Base has successfully supported the Oil Spill Drill Program led by PIMMAX together with PAC members (HESS, CHOC & Hibiscus). The key purpose of this drill is to ensure the readiness and preparedness of staff in controlling and knowing how to use equipment efficiently and effectively as a response to any oil spill incident. This drill has reported to be success and thanks to those who anticipated.

Tok Bali Supply Base did successfully participate in medical evacuation drill level 2 with one of our tenant on 14th May 2024. The active participation of our top management led by En. Nur Hasmin has shown the importance of safety is part of our culture at TBSB. The drill aimed to enhance our emergency response techniques and we managed to conclude impressively within 15 minutes, including the ambulance's arrival and safely medivec the IP to the medical facility at TBSB main building.

Job Description:

• Responsible for efficiently and safely manoeuvring tugboats to assist ships during inbound and outbound at tbsb and assist in port activities. Role involves commanding and overseeing the activities of the tugboat crew to ensure the seamless and secure navigation of vessels within the port area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safe Navigation: Safely pilot tugboats to assist ships in berthing and unberthing operations, ensuring adherence to all relevant safety regulations and protocols.

• Crew Management: Lead and manage the tugboat crew, assigning duties and responsibilities, providing guidance, and ensuring proper communication during operations.

• Vessel Assistance: Provide expert assistance to vessels during various manoeuvres, such as towing, pushing, and escorting ships within the port area.

• Equipment Maintenance: Oversee and ensure the maintenance and operational readiness of tugboat equipment and systems, coordinating with the engineering team for necessary repairs.

• Communication: Maintain effective communication with port control, other vessels, and relevant stakeholders to ensure a smooth flow of port activities.

• Emergency Response: Be prepared to respond to emergency situations, implementing contingency plans and coordinating with port as necessary.

• Navigation Planning: Plan and execute the navigation routes, taking into consideration factors such as weather conditions, tides, and traffic within the port.

• Compliance: Ensure compliance with local and international maritime regulations, as well as port-specific rules and guidelines.

Qualifications & Requirements :
• Valid Master Mariner License Master less than 500GT Domestic.
• Extensive experience in tugboat operations, with a proven track record in port manoeuvring.
• In-depth knowledge of maritime regulations, navigation procedures, and port operations.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to make quick decisions in high-pressure situations.
• Physical fitness and the ability to work in various weather conditions.
• Familiarity with tugboat equipment and maintenance practices
