Location : Bayan Lepas, Pulau Pinang.
Working Hours:
Mon - Fri
8.30 a.m - 5.30 p.m
Job Requirement :
1. Candidates must posses Degree in Quantity Surveying.
2. Minimum 3 years relevant experience in Consultancy QS works.
3. Familiar with BQ preparation and contract administration.
4. Computer literate and proficient in using Microsoft Excel and Words.
5. Good in measurement and taking-off is a must.
6. Able to works systematically and meet deadline.
7. Able to work under pressure and extra hours.
8. Independent, mature with pleasant personality, self motivated, multi tasking and fast learner.
9. Must posses own transport and willing to travel from time to time depending on project site (as required)
10. Full-time position.
11. Ability to start immediately will be an advantage.
