- Carry out operations & maintenance of facilities air conditioning, mechanical & electrical services
- Willing to work in shift

- Provide administrative support & site coordination for facility team & head office HR
- Manage work order request including operating CMMS
- Maintain good filing for PPM & facilities related documentations
- Computer literate familiar with Microsoft Office

To provide operation & maintenance for facilities services in a manufacturing plant

- Carry out operation & maintenance of Air Conditioning, Mechanical & Electrical building facilities services
- Minimum 3 years relevant experience preferable in manufacturing facility

Main Responsibilities:

1) Daily

Walk the gown room to ensure stock for visitor gowns is sufficient
Asist anyone who may have a failed garment/boot cover and provide a replacement
Consolidate dirty gowns to a storage room if the dirty-gown bin is getting full prior to gown change-over day
Monitor gown room problem and contact Facilities Hotline for technical support
Coordinate all incoming and outgoing gown laundry


2) Gown-Change Out Day (One day per week)

Coordinate the incoming supply of gowns
Remove Dirty Gowns
Open a row of locker (Master Key opens 5 lockers at a time)
Remove dirty gowns
Stock each locker with a clean gown
Place a gown and booties in each locker
Gown size and boot cover size as marked on the interior of the locker
Close the locker and move to the next row
3) Coordinate the move-out of dirty gowns which needs to be sent for washing

4) Cleanroom Consumables Stock Management

Ensure cleanroom consumables are sufficient & stocked up accordingly.
Responsible to ensure all cleanroom consumables delivered are meeting specification.

Provide maintenance & repair services for Air Conditioning systems under Mobile Team

- Carry out operations & maintenance of facilities air conditioning and mechanical services
- Willing to work on shift

Carry out operations & maintenance of facilities air conditioning and mechanical services

- Carry out operations & maintenance of facilities electrical & mechanical services
- Possess Suruhanjaya Tenaga certificates for A4/A1/AO

1) Possess A4 Chargeman certificate from Suruhanjaya Tenaga
2) Hands on experience in maintenance & repair of Gensets
3) Willing to travel and service multiple job locations
