Been awhile since I've updated the page. Will try to constantly update and shared my cooking experience ya.

My son said the dish look like normal soy sauce chicken but when he tasted it with the chillies. He was wowed with the taste of spiciness. I was worried it was too spicy so I reduced the dried chillies to 6 instead of 15 as per recipe. (up to the spice level of each families if you want to try out this recipe). Eat with a hot bowl of rice is really yummy and appertising.

Verdict: 5/5 (same amount of dried chillies for my family)

p/s maybe the dried chillies I bought was quite spicy ..😅😆

Easy and tasty cake to bake. I have baked this cake many times. Usually I baked it into cupcake size. Easier for my boys to bring to school. The recipe able to yield around 20 to 24 small cupcake.

Chicken Adobo is a famous Filipino dish. Just need some simple ingredients and the dish turn out very flavourful and incredibly tender. I have cook this dish many times. Usually I used chicken whole legs or chicken chop. If you prefer spicy, can add extra peppercorn. Another keeper recipe by Annie Xavier.

Guess some are busy sending their kids back to school. (including me😅😉) Do try out this recipe. Not spicy. Kids will like it, if they like the sour and creamy taste of santan (coconut milk). Can pack for their lunch box.😉🙂

Try another recipe from Annie Xavier Cookbook. The sour and creamy taste of the creamy tamarind chicken very appetizing. My family love it. They prefer more spicy. Next round will put more red chili or chili padi.

Braised Bitter Gourd Chicken

Another easy dish to cook. I don't have bitter gourd so I replaced with capsicum/bell pepper. The dish still turn out very tasty.

Verdict 4/5 from the boys. They don't fancy bitter gourd but they ask me to cook again with capsicum.😃😍😉

Can't believe I managed to make 4 types of cookies this CNY for the 1st time 😊😍😉

With Thermomix making pineapple jam so easy. Just 40 min the jam is ready. No need keep standing at the stove to stir the jam for hours.

Steamed Chicken in Essence of Chicken

I've cooked this dish many times. Recipe by Annie Xavier Kitchen Vol 1. This round I tweaked the recipe by replacing the essence of chicken with Atomy HemoHIM. The result was awesome. My boys said the aroma of the dish like emperor chicken and very tasty.

With my old faithful TM31 and my new TM6 I can make all this memories happen. Spending quality time with family. Cooking nutritious and healthier food for my loved ones are the most significant gift that I can provide.

With the new TM6, the cooking experience and exposure becomes more enjoyable and fun. My boys constantly ask me what I'm going to cook for them each day and they look forward for every meal. The most fulfilling in my life as a mother is to be able to provide nutrition for their tummies and also comfort for their heart and soul. 🥰🥰❤

Added a little bit of water for more gravy. Thought my boys don't fancy the dishes since it has black beans but to my surprise they love the dish and added extra rice. 😅😊😍 Preparation and cooking very fast and easy.

Soft Bun

Bun is so fluffy and soft. My boys said taste yummy 😋😊. Definitely one bun is not enough. Share with some of their friends and they liked it too. The boys thought that I bought the bun from the bakery and they were surprised to learn that this soft Butter bun was made at home 😂

This recipe is very easy and can be made by anyone. 👍🏻👍🏻You can make it into any shape or put any stuffing according to your liking. I just added a piece of butter and sprinkled some sugar on top of the bun before baking.🥰😍😊

Verdict: 5/5. Family enjoys the bun. 😊😉😍

Char Kway Teow (Fried Flat Noodle)

Quick meal. With a little tweak from the attached video recipes. I cooked the egg 1st. As for the ingredients, just added fish cake and prawn.

So easy to cooked with TM6. No smoke. No oily kitchen. So easy to wash the pot with the new pre clean function. 👍🏻🥰😊

Butter and Milk Chicken

Very easy and fast to cook recipe. Thanks to Kenny's receipe from the Thermomix ® Malaysia Father’s Day e-book.

Verdict 5/5. Boys like the rich aroma of the Butter and Milk Chicken. Very tatsy with warm rice.

The colour is a bit darker cause I've added the dark soya sauce. The recipe mention dark soya sauce as optional.

Cooked two type of tang yuan today. For tea normal tang yuan with Longan, red date and ginger syrup. Dinner cooked Hakka Tang Yuan.

Homemade Pizza for Dinner

Used the Marinara Recipe in Cookidoo with a little tweak. Added Beef Pepperoni, Capsicum, Fresh Button mushrooms. Dough nicely kneaded.

Verdict: 5/5. The recipe dough can be made into 3 pieces of thin crust pizza. The boys finished the pizza.😉😉🥰
