This time, we invite you to travel back in time with us to reminisce all the anime songs that have accompanied us through all the ups and downs in life - literally since our childhood days~ Enjoy classics from Doraemon, Chibi Maruko-Chan, and Dragon Ball 🐉 And whether you‘ve dreamt of being a Pokemon Master or the chosen Digimon partner, we’ll got you covered that night! Together, let’s also hype up the night with a series of epic songs from Sword Art Online, Attack on Titan, and of course… Demon Slayer (it’s a must, guys—you know we have to!) 😤💪

What is yakimochi, and why is it even more delicious than normal mochi?

Ghibli Serenade 4.0 Day 2 honestly came as a surprise gift to us. We’ve never hosted two consecutive nights before, so it was truly unexpected…but it turned out to be a wonderful surprise indeed 🥳

Thank you to everyone who made it happen and filled up all of our seats!!! 😳👏 Many of you joined us for the first time, and we sincerely hope that it won’t be your last 😌 May this be just the beginning of many more heartfelt moments together with us in the near future~

Just like how Studio Ghibli films and music have a way of touching our hearts no matter how many times we’ve experienced them, we hope that when you look back on this night, it’ll bring you the same joy and warmth that it has brought us ☺️🫶

A truly heartfelt thank you to everyone who came🫶 Not only did you guys manage to fill up all our available seats, you guys did it within just 3 days! 😳 We almost couldn’t believe it but it’s the reality, you guys were so amazing! 😭👏

The night was truly filled with heart-touching moments, and yes, some tears were shed. But at the end of the day, there were honestly more smiles and laughter combined than tears 😂 And we hope the happiness which you felt that night will fill you with enough positivity until we meet again next time~ 🥰

Ever wondered about the origins of dango? 🍡

Originally, dango was used as offerings for gods in shrines ⛩️
In the 13th to 14th century, as the Japanese emperor was washing his hands at the entrance of the shrine, he saw 5 giant bubbles forming in the water.

He visualised the head and body of a human when he saw the bubbles and used this image as an inspiration for dango to be given to the gods. Dango was made in the image of a person by skewering 5 dumplings (°ロ°)

Today (March 3rd) is Hinamatsuri, aka Doll’s Festival or Girls’ Day. On this day, families celebrate the health and happiness of their girls by decorating hina dolls and enjoying festive foods, such as chiraishi sushi, mitarashi dango and strawberry daifuku!
