Today I tried cooking San Bei Ji and apple carrot juice with the amazing Tokit Omni Cook, and it was a breeze! The chicken came out so tender and flavorful, and the apple carrot juice was a refreshing and healthy sidekick. I loves their online recipes with thousands of worldwide delicacies and I can cook delicious meals for my family. The Tokit Omni Cook has become my new kitchen companion. Whether you’re a seasoned chef or a kitchen newbie, this appliance is a game-changer! San Bei Ji (Three Cup Chicken) Recipe: Ingredients: - Garlic cloves 4 - Fresh ginger, peeled 3 cm piece - Dried long red chillies, trimmed, deseeded if preferred and cut into pieces 1 - 2 - Sesame oil 10g - Chicken winglets 1000g - Shaoxing wine (Chinese cooking wine) 40g - Dark soy sauce 30g - Rock sugar, broken into pieces 25g - Light soy sauce 60g - Fresh basil, leaves only 2sprigs Preparation: 1. Place garlic, ginger, chillies and oil into mixing bowl. 2. Chop 3 sec/speed 7. 3. Scrape down sides of mixing bowl with spatula and cook 3 min/100°C/speed 1. 4. Add chicken. 5. Cook 5 min/115 °C/rspeed 1. 6. Stir chicken with spatula to ensure even cooking. Add wine, dark soy sauce, sugar and light soy sauce. 7. Cook 10 min/115 °C/rspeed 1. 8. Stir chicken with spatula to ensure even cooking, then cook for a further 10 min/115 °C/rspeed 1 or until chicken is cooked through. 9. Stir chicken with spatula, add basil. 10. Cook 1 min/115 °C/speed 1. 11. Transfer into a serving bowl and garnish with fresh chillies (optional) to serve. Apple Carrot Juice Recipe: Ingredients: Diced apple 250g Diced carrot 150g Water 600g Preparation: 1. Put 250g diced stoned apple, 150g diced carrot, and 600g water into the mixing bowl 2. Put on the measuring cup, and cook the ingredients at 10min/100℃/BREV1 3.
