15条减肥真相, 别再继续被骗了
1.喝水少、睡得少,都会长胖。
2.吃夜宵不一定会长胖,关键看宵夜有多少热量,以及你当天摄入了多少热量。
3.吃得少不代表热量低,一包薯片的热量≈两顿正餐。
4.瘦的人吃东西,大多喜欢细嚼慢咽。
5.碳水化合物不是减肥的宿敌,如果完全戒掉碳水化合物,不仅会影响大脑功能,还会导致内分泌失调。但可以少吃一些精制碳水,例如白米、白面。
6.减肥不仅要看体重,还要看体脂。尤其对于大部分 BMI 在正常范围内的人而言。
(BMI 也叫身体质量指数,简单的计算公式为:体重(kg)÷身高²(m),一个成年人的 BMI 指数在 18.5≤BMI<24 范围内为正常。)
7.用水果替代正餐不一定会变瘦,但一定会营养不良。
8.烹饪方式可能会增加食物的热量,比如经油炸、烤制等烹饪方式加工的食物,会比水煮同样的食物,热量高。
9.短期挨饿可能会瘦,但这不是健康的减肥方法。挨饿不但会让身体更倾向储存热量,而且长期来看,没人能一直不吃饭。
10.跑步并不是最高效的减脂运动,坡度快走更有利于减脂,结合高强度间歇训练(HIIT),效果更好。
11. 脂肪是流动的,所以不存在单独减某一部位的脂肪,但可以有针对性地训练肌肉和塑形。
12.不是非要运动 30 分钟以上,或者达到燃脂心率,才能减肥,只要运动就会消耗热量。
13.“瘦腿袜”并不能减少腿部脂肪,如果勒得太紧,还可能导致血液流通不畅。
14.穿暴汗服、裹保鲜膜都不能帮我们加速燃脂,只会让我们加速脱水。
15.早餐可以多吃点,有助于提高我们的基础代谢。就算吃多了,白天还有时间可以多运动,消耗掉多余的热量。
改变没有太晚的开始,只要你想现在就是最佳的时期!
#减重:
每天代两餐(可以是三餐中的任何两餐,建议代早餐和晚餐),再吃一顿低热量营养均衡的午餐。
#保持体形:
建议使用蛋白混合饮料制成营养奶昔代一餐,再吃两顿低热量营养均衡正餐。
#增加体重:
建议每天在三餐后饮用蛋白混合饮料制成的营养奶昔。
