I have been on this red drink for really long that sometimes i overlook the benefits it gives / has given me. So i took a 3 weeks break from Ningxia to just check out the difference it did for me.

I was religiously following my self-created Adeno Diet. Focused on food & natural remedies that supported anti-inflammatory, uterus & pain relief. But the moment I found out I was pregnant on Dec 2020, out went the diet...not through the windows, but through the DOOR! Like totally out at one go! Indulged in all my fav food that I had to stay away from. Had to stop certain herbs, worried that it could impact my pregnancy. All was well until i delivered.

As i was breastfeeding my last cub, I didn't have my periods. She started solids 3 months back and slowly lessened her milk intake, and reality hit when i had my first period after a really long time. Oh my! I'm a mother of 3, had a total of 3 csecs (2 emergencies)...and I thought that all the labour pain and csec healing was NOTHING near the cramps! I was LITERALLY squirming on the floor. Sweating too! When the pain subsided, i was exhausted from holding in all the pain...like labour la, after labour you get super exhausted.

That was last month's story. Traumatised, I started all my Adeno rituals back...food, herbs, yoga (30days self challenge), oiling...and fast foward to this month...it was amazingly SMOOTH! I still had some cramps, but so so much tolerable & hey it was DRUG-free okay!
