Besides few others, one team of DV Nineteen is currently constructing GROUND BEAM. They prepared and excavated the identified areas (after calculation) based on its level then formwork installation will take place according to the dimensions of beam provided in the design drawings. After finishing shuttering or placement of flat soling bricks for the bottom of the grade beam, reinforcement placement begins directly or after side one side of the formwork is placed. Finally, pouring concrete. Poured concrete shall be compacted adequately then finish the top of grade beam.
But what is the purpose? Without fancy term, it’s basically to support building walls and disseminate the tense or loads from the floor slabs.

DV Nineteen got a call to consult on Industrial Drainage System. After inspection, measuring and assessment, we propose accordingly. The critical part is to assure, system serves it purpose which is to channel excess water or any other substance that can safely be drained away from the facility. We are also responsible to assure our proposal is complying to Environmental Quality Act, 1974. After all, it’s not all about hacking and repairing. We think in total.

Yesterday we received a call enquired for roofing services. After set our team schedule, we assigned our representative(s) for inspection and assessment. We are glad to have consulted the client on existing conditions of the roof, and our cost-effective ex*****on plans.

Recently we helped premise with water leakage from building and caused the paint to fade. DV Nineteen did assessment and found the leakage from built in pipe and corrosive joint. We did our thing, hacked affected area, some plumbing grinding works, and done!! However, our reponsibility didn't end there. We waited for 1 week to obtain result on 2 Post Assessment which we found 0% leagake, and that's where we called it done with Services Report.
