Heart Melting Moments with Our Signature Unique Local Ice-cream 🍨❤️
Kasi Melt was born back in 2016 and it all started with our signature Gula Melaka Ice-cream & Lime Yogurt Sorbet. Kasi Melt was actually my final year project during my college years in a design school (not dessert school). 🤣👩‍🎨 I never thought it can reach this far~~~ Thanks for all the love and trust I gained from everyone on the flavour for the ice-cream and Kasi Melt branding design. 🥰😘
I’m Nam, an artist of creativity and a believer that feelings/senses play an essential role in our life to be alive. 🌟 I love creativity and bake stuff. I’m so glad that I have those parts in me which enable myself to be able to create food with sentimental feelings. 💐
In my creation of cakes/ice-cream, I’d love to make it using only real ingredients (not artificial) and slowly define the taste to the extend that even the type of sugar used or even brand of ingredient matters (they do make a difference) to the final outcome of the cake. 🔬💯
Why ice-cream? Or why Kasi Melt? I am always a fan of ice-cream when I was in my teens and having them sure does give me the chills down the spine (a good one)~~~ 🥶❣️ So yeah, I then thought of passing down this feeling to others by introducing local sentimental flavour + unique twist of taste to one’s senses and hopefully this sensation are able to melt your heart. 💘😇

I choose to introduce these authentic traditional layer cakes to everyone because firstly I personally really love and enjoyed the taste of these cakes and not forgetting these are the cakes that can bring the Malaysian local warm feelings in us which our local food carry. 🇲🇾🧸

It was really a fun and great experience~~~ Seeing people enjoying our food really makes us happy. We even had friends visiting us there and able to listen some of their precious life story! 🤗🥺 Awwwww… Currently we are working on opening our shop.
