马来西亚食谱🇲🇾芋头圈咕咾肉🐷口感滑顺外皮酥脆，非常好吃❗ ❗ 😋

芋头圈:400克去好皮的芋头、60克澄面粉、90毫升热清水、半勺泡打粉、1茶勺盐、一勺白糖、少许胡椒粉、少许五香粉、1勺麻油、60克牛油
其他材料: 一把米粉/冬粉、300克里脊肉、少许胡椒粉、1茶勺盐、1勺绍兴酒、半个青红辣椒、半个黄梨、1颗鸡蛋、2勺玉米淀粉
酱汁: 1勺番茄酱、1勺白醋、1勺白糖、3勺清水

1) 把芋头蒸20-25分钟软烂，60克澄面粉加入90毫升热清水搅匀静置5分钟，然后融合在一起
2) 再加入半勺泡打粉、1茶勺盐、一勺白糖、少许胡椒粉、少许五香粉、1勺麻油、60克牛油抓拌均匀，分成2团;一份用保鲜膜包裹，一份放在澄面粉上，搓一个洞在中间，把洞往外推弄成圈圈状就可以了
3) 热锅热油，把芋头圈炸至金黄色捞出沥干油分;炸一把米粉做底部摆盘
4) 里脊肉切块，少许胡椒粉、1茶勺盐、1勺绍兴酒腌制15分钟后加入一颗蛋2勺玉米淀粉，炸至金黄色
5) 锅留底油，把切好的青红椒菠萝加入翻炒，倒入酱汁&肉块快速翻炒均匀即可6)把咕咾肉装进芋头圈里就完成了❤️

😋Ayam kelapa boleh dikira sebagai hidangan hot pot yang menepati citarasa semua peringkat umur.Pada asasnya ia boleh dilihat di pusat membeli belah di setiap bandar.
Saya bersemangat untuk makan, minum dan berseronok. Hari ini, saya membuat periuk api ayam kelapa buatan sendiri di rumah secara ses**a hati. Rasanya tidak sesedap luar! Tidak banyak yang bukan-bukan untuk memberitahu anda ini sangat mudah dan sifar kegagalan kaedah 😝
1. Penyediaan bahan Bahan utama sup ayam: Ayam dan hijau kelapa(2-3 ketul)
Lauk-pauk: Bebola daging/daging babi, lobak, hidangan bayi
【Lauk boleh dicelur apabila ayam hampir habis selepas pusingan pertama sup】
Celup jiwa: nipis, sekoi pedas, halia pasir, kicap [sesuaikan mengikut citarasa anda sendiri]
2. Setelah siap bahan-bahannya, tuangkan dahulu kesemua air dalam tiga biji kelapa tadi ke dalam periuk.Sup yang direbus pada pusingan pertama boleh dirasai tanpa sebarang perasa dan air. 😋椰子鸡可以算上一家老小都会合口味的一道火锅料理吧基本上在每个城市的商场里都能看到它的踪影
热衷于吃喝玩乐的我今天心血来潮在家里自制了一顿椰子鸡火锅 ，味道完全不输外面!废话不多说给大家这个超简单0失败的做法😝

1，食材准备 鸡汤主料: 三黄鸡(土鸡)椰青(2-3个)
配菜: 牛肉/猪肉丸 萝卜 娃娃菜 主食: 河粉【爱吃什么烫什么】
【配菜可以在第一轮喝完汤差不多吃完鸡肉的时候烫】
灵魂蘸料:青柠 ，小米辣 ，沙姜，生抽【根据自己口味自定义】
2，准备好食材以后，先把三颗椰子里的水全部倒入锅中，第一轮煮出来的汤不放任何的调味料和水才能感受。最纯正的椰子香味用勺子挖出所有的椰肉放进锅中等会一起煮会使你的汤更加清甜椰肉本身的口感和鸡也很搭
3，冷水下鸡肉让鸡肉和椰水直接一起煮开10分钟左右就可以开盖了不需要煮太久鸡肉容易变老在煮的过程中我们就可以先把我们的灵魂蘸料调好根据自己的口味加上小米辣，沙姜挤上青柠再搭配上少量的生抽就好了不喜欢沙姜口感的可以不放 青柠和小米辣必须放 它们可是整个椰子鸡火锅的灵魂❗
整个过程非常简单 先喝汤再吃鸡肉吃完接着烫菜在外吃腻了麻辣火锅的可以在家试试这个超级简单养身椰子鸡汤火锅~好吃到爆炸💥😋
