Classic - can’t go wrong with the classic, OG is always the best.

Lemon w. Cardamom - We infused the roasted cardamom and lemon zest into our batter and ate it for 3 days before it’s ready baking them. This combination gives you refreshing citrusy note with a little pungent piney flavours and aroma from the cardamom.

Toasted Black Sesame w. Szechuan Pepper - Green SzeChuan pepper are infused for 3 days in our batter before adding a special blend of black sesame paste into it. Smokey toasty nutty with refreshing lemony taste from the green SzeChuan Peppercorn.

Green Apple w. Cinnamon - Green apple and cinnamon infused batter, topped with cooked green apples. Imagine having an apple pie.

Passion fruit w. Torch Ginger Flower - This one of our two favourite (discounting the classic) flavours. Torch ginger flower and passion fruit infused for 3 days. It’s has a sweet, citrusy and floral aroma from the torch ginger flower and the passion fruit balancing the sweet and sour note.

Dark Chocolate w. Daun Kesum, This is another favourite of ours. Daun kesum infused batter, with Valrhona Dark Chocolate, topped with cocoa powder. The daun kesom carries a very unique citrus note, that balance and cut the richness and bitterness from the dark chocolate and cocoa. Some said it’s taste like laksa.

Banana and Miso. Valrhona Caramelia 36% chocolate , white miso and banana purée. The white miso introduce a little saltiness and umami into the rich banana flavours and the Valrhona Caramelia 36% chocolate balance it all with rich and creaminess.

Hazelnut Praline - Hazelnut praline with Valhrona Amelia 35% chocolate, topped with almond flakes florentines.

Popcorn - Pop corns infused batter, topped with white chocolate coated meringue.

Kuih Series’23 - Bingka Keledek Ungu inspired Sweet Potato Canele.

We cooked Japanese Sweet Potatoes into paste, infused it into our batter together with Coconut Milk. Bake them for 90 minutes and topped with extra Sweet Potato Paste. Best to savour them along with black coffee.

Kuih Series 2023 only available during the month of Ramadan. Inspired by local kuih, we infused the flavours into our caneles batter, aged them 2 days before baking them to perfection. Don’t miss it.
