I have been really busy this couple of weeks and it has been draining me out. I am learning more about slow living
and intentionality, I find myself so occupied at work that I don't have time to think about the value of my work and this lead to BURNOUT.
I multitask, I rarely take breaks
and I say yes to a lot of tasks. In the end, it's just becomes a race without a plan or strategy, running aimlessly to the finish line.
I'm learning to be more productive. Taking regular breaks can
help with rejuvenation and motivation.

This isn't bad, actually. Imagining the worst case scenarios is what has been keeping human kind alive all these years. If our ancestors did not assume the worst to come, they would not have been prepared enough to survive the harsh weather or animal attacks.
Fast forward a few hundred years later. Humankind still takes any scenario to be the same as what our ancestors dealt with. But the truth is, the situations that we are dealing with aren't the same life or death scenarios our ancestors had to go through.

Most of the time we are not sure if we are over reacting or if the person around is actually violating our boundary. I know I struggled with this.

The sun is the best medication for your mind and body. Lately, it's come to our attention to stay away from the sun and this has caused a lot of issues to our body.
More people are depressed and more people are falling sick.
It is true that the sun can cause skin damage and pigmentation, but we shouldn't hide from the sun all the time as the benefits are just countless.
It is very important to
1. Spend 10-20mins in the sun in the morning or evenings
2. Use a good sunblock before going out into the sun.

If you have symptoms of depression or anxiety related symptoms, I recommend getting your blood work done. Why ? Because our physical and mental health is connected all the time healthy body leads to a healthy mindset. It is all interconnected.
Hemoglobin (Hb) : Low levels of Hb, may get you tired and feel lethargic with low moods
High- sensitivity C-reactive protein ( hsCRP ): High levels have been associated with depressive symptoms
Vitamin D & B12 : Both these vitamins are very important for our mood and general wellness. Low levels have showed fatigue or irritability.
Thyroid : Hypothyroidism can lead to symptoms like fatigue, low mood, sluggishness
