🌟 AKO Sarawak x TOY EIGHT Pilot Project Update! 🌟

We are thrilled to announce the successful completion of Phase 1 of the pilot project on Developmental Screening Training with the team from TOY EIGHT yesterday! 🚀👏🏼

🌟 Reflecting on an Inspiring Day of Learning! 🍎✨

We are thrilled to share the success of our recent training session, "Empowering Educators: Comprehensive Training for Nurturing Young Children to their Fullest Potential," held yesterday, 3 December 2023.

🤝 This session is organised by Association of Kindergarten Operators Sarawak in collaboration with Toy Eight. Invited speakers include, Mr. Shun Matsuzaka, Co-Founder of Toy Eight & Ms. Sharifah Nur' Addawiyah, Toy Eight Early Childhood Development Support Team

👩‍💻 This hybrid session witnessed the active participation of 194 early childhood educators & operators in Sarawak, both in-person and virtually. The enthusiasm & dedication displayed by our attendees truly made this event special! 🌟

AKO Sarawak is truly honoured to be invited to have our children perform the National & State Anthems during the Opening Ceremony of International Conference on Responsible Tourism and Hospitality (ICRTH) 2022 organised by Sarawak Research Society co-hosted with the Ministry of Tourism, Creative Industry and Performing Arts Sarawak & Business Events Sarawak with attendance of speakers & delegates from all around the world! ☺️🙏🏻

The joint performance at this inaugural event this morning was participated by 6 private kindergartens with 44 children from Kuching.

Hand hand 🖐🏼, Foot 🦶🏼 and Mouth 👄 disease (HFMD) is a common infection caused by a group of viruses 🦠 which mostly affects infants 👶🏻 and children 👧🏻👦🏻 younger than 5 years old. While children under five are most susceptible, adults can also catch the disease and suffer more serious complications like dehydration.

It is important that parents and educational premises should always stay vigilant and take the appropriate measures to prevent it from spreading! 🧐

Here are some general information and tips on how you can keep your little ones healthy! 😉 If you or your child shows these symptoms, stay away from crowded places and visit the doctor for treatment immediately! 🤓

Through these years of uncertainty, you stood up tall and faced challenges to continue working throughout the pandemic 🥺
