A fact that everyone should know - In year 2020, the unemployment among the head of household had increase to 15%, quadrupled from three month earlier. The pandemic had worsen everything and increasing the number of Malaysians living in poverty. 😞 More people are facing difficulties and we as Malaysian can't bare to watch them suffer. 😔 Thus, we aim to create more job opportunities for these people. So that, they can have a better life! ✨

Anak Alam is focusing on empowering underprivileged communities through the making of handmade products. Originated in Sintok, Kedah, Anak Alam consists of members from diverse backgrounds, mainly students who believe in one idea - providing a platform for people in need. In Anak Alam, we believe that everyone has the chance to grow, and we are here to provide the platform for them to explore.

Anak Alam is the connector, the string that connects our beneficiaries, with various external opportunities. We teach, support, and develop beneficiaries' skills mainly practical and theoretical to enhance their understanding of financial and business literacy through the making of handmade products. Currently focusing on making natural handmade bar soaps, Anak Alam aims to reach more communities in need and enhance the quality of the products through continuous research and development projects. We hope to deliver only the best impact to both beneficiaries and customers.
