Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Administration personnel, located in Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The Administration personnel will be responsible for maintaining the proper flow of office procedures, develop and implement administrative systems, and oversee the day-to-day operations of the administrative department.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration or related field
Experience in administrative role for at least 3 years
Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, and prioritize workload effectively
Experience with handling financial records, petty cash, and accounting software is a plus
Experience with human resources administration is a plus
Fluency in written and spoken Chinese,English and Malay
Good interpersonal and customer service skills
Strong in computer skill
