Why do we start a homemade cookie business??
At first me and my wife always loved famous amos cookies. But the problem is its too sweet and ofc Expensive !
We tried practically ALL Of the ALMOST FAMOUS to the self proclaimed BEST IN THE WORLD CCC (chocolate chip cookies). Then we decided to fine tune the recipe we had like the most and its a disaster...
With almost no background in pastry we decided to pursue and RnD something that has already been perfected by someone else (but sadly the recipe is SECRET) .
Right before we gave up, finally from all the failure we realise... we didn’t take note of what we really wanted at the first place. Then we retrace back then we set our path.
At last we reached the few final steps in making our own version of “Almost Famous” CCC.
