Kat mana lagi nak rasa keenakan juadah dari Vietnam yang asli dan sedap kalau bukan di Rasa Viet. Kali ini saya menjamu selera dengan hidangan yang berlainan p**a.



✅ Pho Smoked Duck
Sup ni direneh selama 13 jam menjadikannya jernih, tanpa minyak dan lemak tapi penuh perisa dan beraroma. Boleh tambah cili, cuka dan sambal agar sesuai dengan citarasa sendiri.

✅ Banh Mi Grilled Chicken
Ada 'secret ingredient' dalam sandwich ni tau iaitu hati ayam. Rasa dia creamy ala foie gras. Makanan Viet ni sebenarnya banyak dipengaruhi oleh Perancis semasa perang Indochina dulu. Rasa daun selasih dalam sandwich ni segar dan serasi sekali.

✅ Mango Salad & Prawn.
Rasa masam, manis dan masin memang sekata. Unik juga bila makan dengan keropok udang tu. Rasa dia berbeza sedikit dengan somtam Thai.

✅ Carrot & Beef Stew dengan Banh Mi
Daging memang sangat empuk sampaikan urat dan lemak cair dalam mulut. Ada rasa manis 'sweet onion', pekat dan rasa 'seasoning' tu sangat 'rich'.

✅ Ciku Smoothie & Cempedak Smoothie
Dua minuman ni adalah agak bermusim, terutamanya buah ciku. So kalau available, korang kena order sebab rasa dia sedap betul. Tak manis dan 'smooth' ala lassi.

✅ Coconut Ice Cream & Jackfruit Fritters
Rasa dan tekstur antara ais krim dan sorbet. Ada cebisan isi kelapa. Tepung salut cempedak goreng tu rasa seperti tepung popcorn chicken. Rangup dan tak berminyak.

✅ Banh Flan
Puding creme caramel Vietnam ni tak ada bau telur langsung. Rasa berkrim dan manis dari susu pekat menjadikan ia pencuci mulut paling enak di sini.

Hidangan Vietnam kat Rasa Viet memang sangat authentic dan mempunyai cerita tersendiri. Enjoy your Viet food 😊
