Now here is the tricky part, who will be the rightful beneficiary for all my husband's Estate?

According to Malaysia's Distribution Act 1958📕:-
If a person passed away without a will, their spouse will have 1/4, 1/4 for Parents and 1/2 for the kids.

Wife :" Is there a way to take back his Parent's share portion for the house?"
