Say hello to our Rin, the sweetest addition to our Universal Bakehouse team! She may come off a little goofy and reserved at first, but you know what they say about still waters. They run deep.

From her magic well, this pastry team lead manages to marshall the strength to juggle not just the many complex components that is pastry-making, but also doles out a good -natured hit-or-miss humour that keeps her team chuckling throughout. After all, when time is of the essence, why not make it a 'pun' time?

Meet Syamil! He's our senior baker, production manager, and the El Capitan of the bread and baked goods section of our kitchen. Just one year in and he’s already made his indelible mark on our teams.

Amidst the chaos of daily production, Syamil never fails to set the course for calm seas. And on the off chance a squall comes through, his dogged passion for baking, hearty demeanour and natural mentoring ability fully enables our teams and bakes to weather things safely through!
