Last Friday we held our final private mixology class before we move. We love what we do and we love experiencing the fun of watching our clients craft their very own cocktails from scratch. It was a fun time, as always.

Yesterday we worked a fun pool party with so pretty cool people. Everything was fun: nice music, good food, perfect weather, all with an extra touch of our freshly made cocktails, called for a great event for everyone.

On the weekends we take care of our little business mobile bar, for private bartending services (weddings, birthday parties, bridal showers, etc.) We also offer a unique experience with our mixology classes where you can learn how to hand craft your favorite cocktail.

Our Bourbon Mash.
Made with homemade blackberry syrup, fresh lemon juice, and basil. We use the beautifully local Mackenzie Bourbon and Ithaca ginger beer from the finger lakes.
The is the D&L. This cocktail was inspired by two of my good friends who I call my, “angels”. From the beginning thought of my business they have been supportive every step of the way. Dakota and Laurie, thank you and to everyone else, enjoy this refreshing drink.

We should call it, “Barbie’s Dream Cocktail”
This beautiful cocktail was inspired by another great costumer request. I call it the Maria Sour. I decided to use this smooth handcrafted Wheatley Vodka by Buffalo Trace distillery. With my friend Maria, together we created this cocktail, step by step with her favorite citrus and aromatic flavor from basil. We decided to used Wheatley vodka, fresh lemon juices, homemade demarera syrup, fresh basil leaves, and egg white. Shake it and double strain it into a beautiful cope glass and garnish with a beautiful basil leaf. Believe me, this is such a beautiful and smooth cocktail.
Ever is a mixologist who recently moved here from a beautiful island in the country of Belize. His 13 years of experience in the industry alongside his passion to create art, enables him to design satisfying cocktails. Unique to his craft are completely fresh ingredients, crafted by hand from start to finish. His passion allows his consumers to experience his drinks through their taste. He currently offers private bartending services for weddings, showers, parties, you name it. You and your guests will leave with your palates, satisfied.
