2. All had flu symptoms, fever and cough which are considered Category 2 cases by MOH definition without breathing difficulties.

3. Followed FLCCC Ivermectin treatment protocol of 0.2 to 0.4 mg/kg body weight or approximately 12 mg pill Ivermectin (IVM) to be taken once a day over 5 continuous days since MOH has not given any advice on treatment protocol.

Started Day 1 on Tuesday 27 July with IVM after food intake.

4. Day 2: not much difference as coughing symptoms in all 16 cases continued. At night one Nepali security guard case complained of more coughing and tested 94% oximeter reading, was given a higher dose 2 x 12 mg pills a day.

5. Day 3: all 14 cases have improved and stopped coughing except for 1 Nepali and 1 Bangladeshi.

6. Day 4: all have further improved and considered without much symptoms and continued with IVM protocol except the Nepali security guard still having cough but reduced. All 15 others are without cough after 3 doses of IVM.

7. Day 5: all the 16 workers have recovered except the Nepali, whose dosage is now Ivermectin 2 pills 12 mg every 12 hours and given multi-vitamins. His oxygen is still good at 94%.

8. Day 6: the Nepali worker is feeling much better today but continues with his medicine.

9. *Summary of Findings:*
9.1 Covid 19 symptoms are treated using Ivermectin in this case early stage Covid.

9.2 The resultant recovery rate of 100% is excellent may be due to the younger age group of between 23 to 37 years.

9.3 _*Achieved 94% (15 out of 16 workers) symptom-free recovery after 3 daily doses of 1 pill of 12 mg IVM.*_ The 16th worker Nepali being a serious case only recovered after Day 6 of the treatment. Overall, in summary, 100% of the workers recovered with zero hospitalisation and no fatality from this group.

9.4 _*No other medication or supplements were given to 15 workers except 1 with multi-vitamins*_ and they were on normal diet.

9.5 The more serious Nepali case dose was increased to 2 pills of 12 mg each per day from Day2 and helped to ease the viral load replication and possibly avoided the need for hospitalisation. On Day 5 his dosage was again doubled and given vitamins.

9.6 The importance of early-stage treatment with IVM and aggressive dosage give best result.

9.7 It is without a doubt Ivermectin being repurposed from being an anti -parasitic drug can be used effectively in Covid 19 treatment.

10. The Iverpac brand (not important but for record purposes) Ivermectin of 12 mg pills were supplied by a good Samaritan. It is very important to do due diligence on the quality and background of the manufacturer of each brand as there are hundreds of brands.

11. These foreign workers are all bona fide employees of a manufacturing group of companies and will be quarantined a total 14 days.

12. Conclusion: Ivermectin appears to the silver bullet in treating Covid 19 and can be enhanced in combination with zinc, vitamin D3 and other molecules and compounds in controlling the viral replication, its multi-mechanisms of actions and a quick solution for this pandemic.
