Kek lapis is a multi-layer cake that originates from Sarawak. Each cake has a unique pattern with rich flavours and bright colours combined with a variety of flavours like pandan, Cadbury, Red Velvet, and fruit flavours 😋

Kek lapis can be divided into two categories which are regular layered cakes or patterned cakes. All kek lapis consist of at least 2 colours, with a variety of flavours interwoven with flavours that appeal to each other.
