Have you ever thought that a fitness coaches are just ā€œteaching people FITNESS?ā€

When clients come to you, do they really just need that good body shape?

In fact, fitness is always just a ā€œmeanā€ to achieve certain life goals and solve certain life problems.

Life is the bottom need.

If you can lie down and become the fit and muscular guy in the gym, who wants to work out?

If you can just shake hands and fight aging easily, who wants to work out?

So what you are giving your clients is not just training skills or nutrition plans, but a ā€˜solutionā€™ to certain life dilemma.

When clients say they want to jump higher and fly farther,
Actually they are saying ā€˜I want to achieve somethingā€™

When clients say they want to get rid of body fat
Actually they are saying ā€˜I want to be more confidentā€™

When clients say they want to be on the bodybuilding stage,
Actually they are saying ā€˜I want a new life experienceā€™

Being a coach is definitely not just taking exercise and teaching fitness

Coach is a highly sacred life teacher

Trying to dig into the motivation behind clientsā€™ behaviour, giving more direct solution.

Bodybuilding isnā€™t about just having a great physique but also creating self confidence

Some people have confidence naturally with them that they can walk up to anyone, anywhere at any time but unfortunately most of us just gonna create it through life and experience.

Many of them werenā€™t quite happy with their health, appearance, career or life but never coming out of their comfort zones to really hit their potential.

Iā€™m not just talking about workoutsā€¦

Always be a man of your wordsā€¦
Itā€™s about doing what you said you would doā€¦ and just get it done without quitting.

Especially when you don't feel like doing it.
This is what we called ā€œdisciplineā€

Not when itā€™s easy, but when itā€™s hard.

Barbell squat is one of the most basic compound exercise in bodybuilding. Try to learn and perform this exercise in the correct way in order to build up foundation and it helps to grow your lower body as well.
Avoid skipping leg day if you want to slim down or become lean at a faster pace because this exercise burns more calories than most of the exercises.

Exercise : Smith Machine Barbell Row (Traps Focus)
Ways of performing:
1. Select plates weight that can perform at least 12 reps of full ROM(range of motion) and hold is slightly wider than your shoulder width.
2. Lean your body forward, slightly push your hips backwards, chest up and tighten up the core before start the row exercise.
3. Make sure the bar is always near and close to your legs or right above your toe.
4. Then, use your elbow as the power point or motion force point and start pulling the bar towards your torso around your belly button.
3. Squeeze and contract the trapezius muscle at the top of the motion and slow down during eccentric.

Use a pair of mostgrip for this machine back row exercise for a even better full ROM (range of motion) and contraction.
Make sure you do every reps with slow and steady pace for better mind muscle connection if you are going to build a better physique or muscular body. Get to feel every single part of your back muscles before going for heavy weights lifting.

Note:
1. Perform the exercise with slow and steady pace throughout the motion.
2. Perform full ROM (range of motion)
3. Squeeze, contract your biceps during concentric till the peak and stretch during eccentric motion.
4. Try to use a moderate weight that you can perform at least 10-15 reps instead of heavy weights that only can perform below 6 reps.
