Being a coach is definitely not just taking exercise and teaching fitness

Barbell squat is one of the most basic compound exercise in bodybuilding. Try to learn and perform this exercise in the correct way in order to build up foundation and it helps to grow your lower body as well.
Avoid skipping leg day if you want to slim down or become lean at a faster pace because this exercise burns more calories than most of the exercises.

Exercise : Smith Machine Barbell Row (Traps Focus)
Ways of performing:
1. Select plates weight that can perform at least 12 reps of full ROM(range of motion) and hold is slightly wider than your shoulder width.
2. Lean your body forward, slightly push your hips backwards, chest up and tighten up the core before start the row exercise.
3. Make sure the bar is always near and close to your legs or right above your toe.
4. Then, use your elbow as the power point or motion force point and start pulling the bar towards your torso around your belly button.
3. Squeeze and contract the trapezius muscle at the top of the motion and slow down during eccentric.

Use a pair of mostgrip for this machine back row exercise for a even better full ROM (range of motion) and contraction.
Make sure you do every reps with slow and steady pace for better mind muscle connection if you are going to build a better physique or muscular body. Get to feel every single part of your back muscles before going for heavy weights lifting.

3. Squeeze, contract your biceps during concentric till the peak and stretch during eccentric motion.
4. Try to use a moderate weight that you can perform at least 10-15 reps instead of heavy weights that only can perform below 6 reps.
