Did you know that there are different types of eggs according to their grades? What does these grades means? Is higher grade means better eggs? Thus, today we will share few information on graded eggs! 🍳

1. GRADE A
- Average weight: 65g
- Have a smooth and clean shell.
- When cracked, the egg white is firm and thick.
- The egg yolk is perfect round without being unbroken.

2. GRADE B
- Average weight: 60g
- Slightly smaller than Grade A eggs.
- When crakced, the yolk may not be perfectly round.

3. GRADE C
- Average weight: 56g
- Most commonly used eggs due to the economic value.
- Compared to Grade A and B, it is more pale.
- When cracked, the egg white is runny and watery. Meanwhile, the yolk breaks easily.
