We made the news! Went to a Dakota Resources housing conference last week and learned a lot about rural development. I was asked to present our downtown project and made a lot of connections with other communities.

Pictured is difference in new windows, doors, garage door, gutters, paint, and cleaning up the yard. This house is small but probably was the biggest overhaul of a house we have done. Glad to have it finished and have another great renter in it.

Had this old oven in a house bought on auction a few years back. Put a new light bulb in it and painted it and now it’s perfect for a small oven at the lake.
