Not necessarily as it depend very much on your skin needs. If you have sensitive skin, a physical sunscreen usually made from Zinc Oxide gives a sufficient protection at SPF30. If you're active and always on-the-go, or prone to hyperpigmentations, SPF 50 is your choice. Adding a foundation with SPF 15 above is a plus point!
