Job Description:

- In charge of safeguarding the respect of business ethics and quality customer engagement within our Sales and Customer Service Operations.
- Sparring partner to the Sales and Customer Service Team Leaders, performing quality assessments and providing concrete coaching recommendations to improve quality and performance.
- Working hand-in-hand with the HR Manager and Sales Team Leader to deliver on-boarding training to new Associates as well as ad hoc and refresher trainings to existing Associates based on business needs.
