Referring to the announcement made by Prime Minister, Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim at Tuesday, 2.30pm. The government agreed to give one extra day of public holiday for Hari Raya Aidilfitri to make it easier for people to make proper plans to return to their hometowns to celebrate Hari Raya Aidilfitri.

The decision was made after taking into account the official announcement of the date of 1 Syawal which will only be made on Thursday, 20 April 2023.

If the date of 1 Syawal 1444H falls on Friday, 21 April 2023, then the Government will set Monday, 24 April 2023 as an additional public holiday. If the date 1 Syawal 1444H falls on Saturday, April 22, 2023, then the Government sets Friday, April 21, 2023 as an additional public holiday.

TAR EC College will be closed for Hari Raya Aidilfitri from 21 April 2023 (Friday) to 24 April 2023 (Monday). Office will be open as usual from 25 April 2023 (Tuesday).

We wish everyone a Selamat Hari Raya Aidilfitri. Happy holiday for those who are not celebrating Hari Raya Aidilfitri and those who are traveling have a safe journey.
