The Naked Safety Grille has the safety features designed specifically for fast escape during an emergency. We use the ‘Looping System’ as our mainstream product instead of Gripping System which being falsely spread in the market as the original technique. Both systems are actually mainstream system types in matured and established market like Singapore.

The comparison between Looping System and Gripping System on the safety features:

1. Gripping System uses PVC Plastic Gripper to grip Stainless Steel 316 Cable. It is not safe to rely on solely plastic to grip heavy materials with high tensile force. After years under the sun and rain, plastic gripper (Gripping System) will be oxidised and become more fragile and break easily. Hence, Gripping System will be subjected to loosening after a few years. Unlike the Looping System, it does not rely on plastic gripper to maintain the tension of the structure. Both ends of the system will be fixated by steel materials instead of plastic. Hence, Looping System is less likely to loosen over time.

2. Condominiums are placed that is highly dense, where fire can spread easily and air ventilation is minimal for poisonous gas to escape in case of fire. Anyone trapped in the smoke and fire has less than 15 - 30 seconds before falling unconscious. Any time longer than that will be fatal. During EMERGENCY, our Naked Safety Grille uses Looping System is specifically designed to allow users to escape within 5 seconds. Users only need to cut one cable to escape. In converse the Gripping System, users will need to cut many cables in order to escape which will take at least 10 minutes and more.

3. As for NON-EMERGENCY, we use relatively stronger and denser materials compared to many competitors out there which is less likely to break or bend over time. One 316 Stainless Steel Cable 2.0 mm diameter (including nylon-coated) from Looping System can stand a breaking force of 130 kg - 200 kg while Gripping System usually uses only 1.5 mm diameter Cable (including coating).

4. Our Naked Safety Grille strictly uses NON-RUSTY materials and parts of the product to ensure the strength of the structure will not deteriorate due to the rusting process.
