Sourdough foccacia. 😍

First time trying to make a sourdough after many failed attempts of trying to build a strong starter. I'm so encouraged by how this foccacia turned out!

I'm just loving the open crumb in this. Lovely texture and love that it's not too sour as well. It also leaves a creamy feel at the end which was a pleasant surprise after indulging on a whole piece!

Thinking of selling this after finalizing the recipe. Anyone interested let me know!

My Banana Apple Crumble Cake is hands down my favorite cake to make! 😍I made a beurre noisette for this cake so that it gives a nutty aroma instead of putting in actual nuts. Along with a coffee and oat crumble. 🤤🤤
